Summary: Place is just as pictured, extremely clean, and very well stocked. As a mom with 2 young kids could not recommended this place anymore. The location is pretty good about 40 min to Daytona and 25 to St. Augustine. Beds were very comfortable as well, everyone enjoyed their stay!

Summary: Everything about Emerigh's home is wonderful. The home is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It is very clean and well supplied with all the basics. His communication is excellent and very prompt in answering questions. The check-in/checkout process is very clear and uncomplicated. The location is great for anyone wanting to visit St. Augustine or take in the Daytona Speedway events such as we did. We highly recommend his home, and would definitely stay there again if future events bring us to the area.
