We offer for rent our large new villa (built in 2013) of 170m², with architecture and modern decoration and design. With its private pool, large terrace (over 100m²), its garden, its quiet area, and just minutes from the Basque coast, you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether you are 2, 4 or 6 people.
The contemporary style of our villa even passes the doors and is found inside, where you will have, always in a modern decor, a large living room with flat screen of 140cm, a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered part of the terrace (ideal to take your meals), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a first toilet, as well as a master suite with bathroom (shower at the Italian). Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms with closets, a 2nd bathroom with bath / shower, and the 2nd WC.
The district, alive, is endowed with numerous local shops (bakery, cold cuts, tobacco / press), accessible on foot, and you will also be right next to the city of Biarritz which proposes many activities of relaxation or leisures.

Summary: Apart from the nicest of owners and the house location within short walking distance to Biarritz and Anglet beach, then the two bus routes within 2 minutes walk that gives great transport all over the region. there is the house and the pool itself ?As a house builder myself, I could have sat here all my vacation and admired this piece of Architecture !It is a wonderful design statement in simplicity and comprehensiveness. Absolutely stunning.If I win a lottery, then my first aim will be to have Olivier and Babeth commission a "mark two" version in Anglet for me !!!!. Cannot wait to return again folks.

Summary: We liked our stay last year so much that we decided to come back this year. We never regretted the decision and had another great time in a fantastic, well maintained house with a beautiful garden and pool. The surrounding area still provides everything needed (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, nearby beaches, villages and cities). A big thank you to the hosts for once again making their home our home. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

Summary: We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the owners of the holiday home. Babeth and Olivier were incredibly kind, and the house was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed. The high-quality amenities, tasteful decor, and immaculate condition made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is outstanding - just 100 meters from a bus stop that takes you to Biarritz, Bayonne, the beaches, and the market. Essential shops and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, and the spectacular Halles 5 Cantons with Mediterranean cuisine are only a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, there's a club with tennis and padel courts nearby. However, the house with its pool was so delightful that we often preferred staying in. We noticed in the reviews that sometimes people complain about the loud bells of the nearby church. They only made an impression on us the first time we heard them. We quickly got used to the bell marking the rhythm of our day, and honestly, we stopped noticing it. Thank you!

Summary: An amazing house where nothing has been missing for a pleasant vacation. Decorated with attention to detail, well equipped kitchen for inside and outside dining (including a Plancha - we just ordered our own), a large (and clean) pool and a fenced garden perfect for children or dogs (ours loved it at least as much as we did). Upon arrival Babeth and Olivier provided a warm welcome and were available for questions throughout our stay. Shopping opportunities are in walking distance (local bakery with great bread and pastries), supermarket, Pizza/Burger for takeaway) and Biarritz and Bayonne as well as the beaches and a pine forest for running or walking the dog are reached in less than 15 mins by car. We definitely recommend the house for a booking. Thank you to you Babeth and Olivier for making us feel ‘at home’ in your house!

Summary: The modern, comfy, well equipped, and very clean house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. During warm summer days, you can cool down in the spacious pool, or in one of the many shaded corners in the garden. The nice porch serves as an extended outdoor living room. The three bedrooms have well-resting beds with fine bedding and the two bathrooms serve 5 perfectly with more than enough hot water. Further, the location is great: near to the beach, many golf-courses and Anglet, Biarritz and Bayonne. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and do everything to make you feel at home. A tropical ceiling ventilator in the porch and the bedrooms would make this holiday experience even more perfect. Then again, it was extremely hot weather during our stay.

Summary: The villa is a great space for 6 people and has everything you could need for a holiday. The pool is fantastic. We had lots of games of water volleyball (needs a 5m width net) and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. The garden is a great space - lots of seating and flexible enough to get some quiet time and also to socialise as a group. Everyone talks about the bells in the church - honestly it was a shock at first but you do get used to it. The location is excellent. Local amenities in walking distance and the centre ville less than 2 miles away (which is well worth a visit) Finally the hosts were brilliant. They were communicative but not intrusive. Thank you! We would return again.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful house, pool and garden. Definitely 5 stars. Great hosts as well. The neighborhood is quiet and without any special points of interest. The church next too is quite loud from 8am to 7pm.

Summary: The property itself was in beautiful condition. Furnishings were very tasteful and despite having a 1 year old, not too many easy to reach hazards ! The beds were so comfortable - the pillows are on my shopping list. The villa was in an ideal location to explore all the neighbouring towns which we did. All were in close proximity in the car. The outside space was very well kept - the bell tower next door didn't impact us and our little one slept through the hourly bell chimes so long as the windows were shut. This property would be 5 star were it not for the fact that the pool was a little chilly for us and this was one of the main reasons we opted for this property. That said, I am sure in warmer weather the pool is also much warmer - we had a week of very changeable weather. Overall, a wonderful week and would definitely recommend this property for a week in this part of France. Our hosts were very gracious.
