Brand new home built in 2019. Amazing Sunsets from the front porch every night.
3-Bedroom, 2-Bath home in beautiful Duchesne Utah. Sleeps up to 6.
Just 1:15 min from Park City via HWY 40 or HWY 35(closed in winters)
Plenty of boat and RV parking.
Easy Day trips to 9 mile Canyon, Stillwater and Moon Lake, Dinosaur National Monument,
South Slope of the Uintas.
The City Of Duchesne 3 miles from the house has a Grocery store, Family Dollar, Napa, Etc. County road is maintained in the Winter. Check for hours on Sundays.
6 guest maximum. We like our neighbors and want to keep them happy.
Wireless satellite internet, Zoom is delayed about 5 seconds. Great for emails and staying connected. Limiting the number of connected devices speeds up Zoom type calls.
Verizon wireless service is good in the house
City Water and Normal Power.
Lots of space to roam and enjoy the peace and quiet. Property is 40 acres.
Western and Northern borders are Fred Hayes State Park at Starvation. Walk out the front door open the gate and walk to the Strawberry river.
3 Miles to Fred Hayes Starvation marina. 3 Miles to Knight OHV Park, State park pass required.
OHV trails at the park and lots of OHV trails on the south slope of the Uintas. Plenty of space for boat parking.

Summary: Overall a great place to get away for a few days near a lake, ATV trails and fishing. House was secluded, clean and exactly what we expected. You can even walk out the gate to the Strawberry River for great fishing. Only complaint would be that the wifi struggled and would not support video conferencing or streaming. I would not recommend this house If you are looking to work remotely during your stay. Overall a great experience though.

Summary: While the outside of the house is quite understated, the inside is modern, clean, and incredibly functional. The viking appliances made cooking fun and easy. My kids loved the toy box. It was quiet and relaxing. Matt was very responsive and quick to offer help with anything we needed.
