Beautiful Normandy property located in the heart of a beautiful hilly nature, quiet, but not far from Mt St Michel (28 km) and the beautiful beaches of the Cotentin. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends. The rental is composed of 2 parts: the main house which can accommodate 6 people and a small outbuilding for 2 people. The large house offers excellent comfort with a beautiful living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace and garden facing south, 2 kitchens, 2 large bedrooms with TV, a mezzanine offering several beds and 2 bathrooms. The outbuilding consists of a room "return from fishing" on the ground floor (cleaning table for shellfish etc.) and a toilet. On the first floor, there is a complete studio for 2 people, with a small living room, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a shower room. A table football will delight children and teenagers. A private petanque court adjoins the house.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The fireplace / stove shown in the photos cannot be used, it is only used for decoration. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
