Located in Atlantic Beach Circle in the Ocean Grove Community, this 5 bedroom direct oceanfront home has 4 full and 1/2 bathrooms with elevator access to all floors. This home is guaranteed to fulfill the vacation of your dreams. There is a private pool along with the ocean steps outside the back gate, making this the perfect escape for the whole family. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience.
Ground Level: Garage allowing 2 cars to be parked in tandem. An extra refrigerator to store your weeks groceries. The elevator is accessed on this level making this easily accessible to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are also stored here for your convenience.
Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Suite with a Queen bed, private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin over full size bunkbed and shares a full bath with Bedroom #3, which also has a twin over full size bunkbed. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a big covered oceanfront deck.
Level Two: The open Living room and Kitchen with 2 Dining areas that flow beautifully making entertaining a breeze. The light and airy decor create a relaxing space, accented with large windows and covered Oceanfront deck access that allows easy mixing and mingling in and outside of the home. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space with multiple stools.
Level Three: Bedroom #4 has a King bed and covered Oceanfront deck access and private Bathroom. Bedroom #5 is has a Queen bed with its own private full bathroom.
All bedrooms have a Smart TV’s with Cable.
Additional Amenities include: 7 Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Private Pool, Garage, and Elevator to all floors.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday only during peak season. Can rent 3 days or more off season. Check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10am.

Summary: We just spent a week here at this house and LOVED it. The house is gorgeous. New, super clean and amazingly well - stocked. It has everything you need for inside and outside the house. Nice Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys abundant. Parking for 4 cars. 2 inside the garage and 2 outside. The rooms are beautiful and the location can’t be beat. You are RIGHT on the beach. The beach also has lifeguards, which is an added benefit. The private pool was a delight. Coffee, the best donuts and some restaurants are a 1-3 minute walk from the house. Beaufort is about 15 mins away and we really enjoyed spending a day there walking around, shopping, and taking the ferry to the beach to see wild horses and sand dollars. Would 100% recommend. Great property and great owner.

Summary: What a gorgeous, well-appointed, and centrally located beach house! Our multi-generational family appreciated the large rooms, beautiful gathering spaces, million dollar views, immediate access to the beach, and the elevator- which made this special vacation possible. Within walking distance are a couple great restaurants, coffee and donut shop, and a popular local bar- The Tackle Box. The latter is directly behind the house and is a fun place to hang out. We recommend any light sleepers enjoy the beautiful ocean front rooms or pack ear plugs. This house is simply a perfect option for individuals if all ages!

Summary: What a beautiful home complete with everything you and your family and friends need for a relaxing Atlantic Beach vacation. The home is very comfortable with excellent furniture and beds. The decks all have phenomenal views and we even did some Dolphin watching with and without binoculars Not sure there is a better spot to watch the sunset.The host is super responsive and very accommodating. Try The Bite in the Box for breakfast and football food. Their wings are great. Babis is also a great restaurant. Stay clear of the Crabs Claw. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a memorable vacation.

Summary: We had an awesome stay at this property. The unit was very pretty, clean and well stocked. Private pool and easy beach access were awesome. Summary: This is a beautiful location and property. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so wonderfully stocked. The kitchen is perfect and even has spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. There are more than enough beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, etc. for a large group. The owner sends clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive both before and during our stay. The only 2 problems we had were that the smart TVs don’t work in most of the bedrooms due to an Internet problem, and because of the same problem, I was unable to keep in touch with my work. The internet, however, is not in the owner’s control. There is also no shade at the pool so it can get very uncomfortable during most daylight hours. I will definitely plan to stay again!

Summary: We had a great week at this beach house. We have stayed at many beach houses over the years, and this one was the most well-appointed. The house had all of the necessities needed right when you walked in the door. We typically buy everything in advance (TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, kitchen supplies - sponges, dishwashing detergent, etc, etc) bc there is nothing worse than driving 10+ hours to then have to go to the store for immediate provisions. Very well stocked throughout. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of screens too. Good instructions everywhere. There were also plenty of beach chairs & boogie boards. We bought some in advance too, and "donated" them to the pile. Quiet area. Clean beach. Eateries in your backyard. We never left the area. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We would love to go back. Thank you!

Summary: We chose July 4 week for family vacation. Pool and elevator fabulous. My 6 yo grand mastered his swimming skills there. Noise/music from Tackle Box Bar on 4 of the 7 nights until 2am made it difficult to sleep if you were in the Bar -facing rooms. Bring ear plugs. Bunk bed mattresses good for kids, not adults. Suggest putting larger trash cans in bedrooms and bathroom. Well equipped and supplied kitchen! Beach chairs were low-sitting, so I used the "chair" one that I brought. No shade on pool deck until Sunset. Used my umbrella :). Ideal location to watch fireworks display from deck (along with the 10,000+ beach goers 9pm. Beach was crowded this holiday, since next to public parking lot. Davis Beachwear Italian Ice was a hit: $5 for a 6 oz. cup best bargain. Overall, expect double prices at restaurants from last year.
