The size is 1,100 sq ft with Two Bedrooms, Two full baths and pull out queen size bed so sleeps 6. Cottage has 60' canal front with diving board,screen porch and new boat lift. There is a two car garage for trailer parking and a car port. There are indoor and outdoor waterfront porches and many topical gardens with mature palm trees, banana trees, 20' bamboo shoots, Orchids, Bougainvillea plants etc.

Summary: The cottage is very clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The back yard (canal side) has a white picket fence, tropical plants galore and a beautiful sitting area to watch the fish and boats go by. Patrick is very responsive and a perfect host. We brought our boat and enjoyed many days of fishing, swimming, snorkeling and wildlife watching nearby.

Summary: We stayed at this adorable cottage for the month of Ap;ril. It was very clean, had everything we needed and more. It was great to have a carport for our Jeep, plus they have a large garage to store anything extra you might have in it. There is a work station inside the house, but if you work from home and it's cooler out they have a great screened in porch outside in the back. I used it to workout in. The neighbors were very nice. Having the walk-in showers was great to have when my inlaws came for a visit. We brought our 20ft pontoon with us from NC and we are so happy we did. We usually stay in KW for a month but being in the lower keys and being able to take our boat out was the best. Wen't to Looe Key many of times, Picnic Island was so much fun. For our size boat it was fine but if you have anything wider it could be a little difficult in the canal unless you know what you are doing. Great restaurants such as Kiki's, Big Pine Rooster great breakfast, Tonio's in Summerland Key was so good, Porky's in Marathon had such a great variety of food. If you can bring your bikes you are so close to riding them on the 7 mile bridge which we did as well. Thank you Patrick for letting us stay in your adorable house. It was so nice to deal with a great owner as yourself if we had any questions.

Summary: The home was clean, but with an ant issue. The location was quiet, but the neighbors were upset when fishing in the canal. The canal was very narrow for our boat. Patrick was very responsive when contacted regarding an issue with Exfinity service.

Summary: This cottage is charming with nice furnishings and lovely landscaping. They have everything you need without being over done with lots of stuff. The location is outstanding with Marathon, Big Pine and Key West all being close by. The canal was great and the neighborhood very quiet. The owner was excellent to work with and very responsive.

Summary: This is definitely a 5- Star home from a seasoned VRBO user. Great location in southern Keys. As much or as little as you care to do around the area. Home is clean and comfortable. Good communication with owner. Would stay again if in the area. Took a few 30 minute trips to Key West. Did some deep sea fishing and lots of snorkeling. Bahia Honda State Park has beautiful beach. Southernmost Restaurant in KW is wonderful for lunch at ocean side. You won’t be disappointed with this location. Thank you Patrick for making your place available.

Summary: Small cottage on canal. Very good location. Very nice cottage that is totally remodeled and very clean. It’s very useful having the garage and back patio area for the pets and for storage Would easily stay there again without hesitation

Summary: STAYING IN THE CORAL COTTAGE WAS LIKE STEPPING BACK IN TIME !!. (I LIKE TO THINK) VERY QUITE AREA, LUSCIOUS LANDSCAPING, SPACIOUS COTTAGE, ONLY 4 STEPS!~ THAT HAPPENED TO BE VERY IMPORTANT TO US THIS YEAR. SINCE , MY HUSBAND WAS PENDING KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY IN A FEW WEEKS~OF OUR STAY, ~LOTS OF GARAGE STORAGE~~ THE BOAT RAMP WAS JUST A FEW CANALS AWAY. GREAT FOR BOATERS, EASY ACCESS TO THE GULF AND ATLANTIC.

Summary: This Charming home Was equipped with everything we needed and is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The yard is so pretty and peaceful with ample dock space and a palm tree shaded fish cleaning table. The boat ramp is right around the corner. Patrick is wonderful! We would rent this house again. Summary: This was our second year to rent this property, and we loved it as much as our first time. The back patio by the canal is lovely with bougainvillea and desert rose and other tropical plants. Inside it was comfortable with a charming. Decor. We hope to return next year.
