Summary: Although the house had a lot of character, it appeared to have settled and had a mouse problem. This is a shared property, which we didn't know and there is a common space if you plan to do any cooking/laundry.

Summary: 10 minute walk to downtown Prescott. The bar b que grill was not working other than that, would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Summary: Screen porch is filthy from outside debris on the screens.. outside everything is overgrown and looks pretty tacky. Nobody that stayed there was impressed with it
