We are located on a quiet street, only a 4 minute walk to bakeries, markets, banks, restaurants, shops and the Duomo. Our house comfortably accommodates 2 people with plenty of room for you and your travel companion to spend time together after a day wandering the town, visiting nearby hill top villages or sightseeing in Florence or Rome.
The bedroom is very large bedroom with King bed (76" x 80" ) and century old tufo stone walls.
Kitchen/Dining room is an open concept kitchen, dining room and living area. Fully equipped. Appliances include a gas stove and built in oven, full size dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and Saeco automatic coffee maker. Kitchen is complete with small appliances, dish ware and cooking equipment.
The bathroom is spacious with a beautiful tile walk-in rain head shower, large basin sink, towel warmer and toilet. Laundry area includes a full size front load washer and full size dryer with ironing board and iron.
The living room area includes lots of comfortable seating to relax including leather sofa and loveseat plus two chairs. Beautiful black Kawai grand piano. Entertainment unit include a Smart TV with local programming and business centre with printer, and Sony music/speaker system.

Summary: Perfect accomodation in one of the most beautiful cities in Umbria. Good restaurants en unaspected fest of procession and show late in the evening on june 9 on the square of the Dome. You will love it

Summary: We loved this apartment. We have stayed in many places in Orvieto but this one was the best of all. It had a thoroughly equipped kitchen which was neatly organized. My husband loved the specialty coffee maker. I especially loved the washer and dryer. The location is close to the city center, the Duomo, and many restaurants and shops. Check-in was smooth with both Michele and Oxana communicating with us. As stated in some reviews, it has few windows, but the apartment had lots of lighting and we didn’t mind the lack of natural lighting. We were there for two weeks and hope to stay again.

Summary: Nice, clean,and large apartment. Good location with restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Duomo is a 15 minute walk, less if no tour groups. Will return again.

Summary: Again we had a wonderfull stay in Orvieto. This time in this appartment. The car was safely parked in the parking garage. A little (in the end it became annoying) was the abundance of traffic passing the door. We recommend to create some kind of reception hall, which will remove a lot of the traffic sound. Another thing we missed was a little outside sitting area. But apart from these things the appartment offer everything and more, then you need.

Summary: The title says it all. A well situated ground floor apartment with every amenity one could want for a comfortable stay. It is well equipped in every way. The instructions available to work the appliances are thorough and well written which was appreciated. The location is virtually just a few minute walk from the centro storico with easy access to many points of interest, great restaurants and a grocery store for supplies to prepare meals “at home”. We have no hesitation recommending this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Summary: The apartment was every bit as beautiful as the pictures on VRBO. The renovation of the historic space was a great balance between modern amenities and old charm, such as the tuffa walls in the bedroom. The furnishings were lovely (beautiful leather couches). There was even a smart TV, so we were able to watch Netflix. The kitchen was large, with a big (by European standards) refrigerator and a great stovetop . The cooking supplies, pots and pans etc., were generous and allowed us to cook many large meals with ingredients from the farmer’s market during our month-long stay. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. The property manager was very helpful and easily accessible for quick questions about the apartment and Orvieto. The owner also provided a useful book of instructions for the appliances and recommendations for shops and restaurants. The location was fantastic - just a 2-5 minute walk to the heart of town. When we return to Orvieto for an extended stay again, we will definitely choose this place.
