Summary: We were looking for a quiet, out of the way spot on the water for a family vacation, and this was the perfect spot. The house was ideal for our family, and lots of time was spent on the lake using rhe kayaks provided.

Summary: The house was actually nicer than the photos suggest, and the kitchen was well equipped. The lake was very peaceful the whole week we were there (no loud motorboats - I believe they are restricted by the community that owns the lake). In addition to the property's lake access, there is a terrific sandy community beach a few minutes' walk away. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Summary: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay with our two young sons. The house had everything we needed to feel at home; very clean, comfortable beds, updated kitchen and living. We made great use of the association beach and playground and had many canoe and kayak trips. The large waterfront yard was a great place to enjoy the view and play with the kids.

Summary: We had a great week at Bob & Laura's home! Plenty of room for 5 adults with 3BR (4queen beds)and 2baths. Awesome deck overlooking the lake for guests to hang out, read, grill, & watch the geese, ducks and boaters. Enjoyed the use of kayaks and association beach. Ate at the general store down the road and took day trips to hike Bald Mt, ride the chairlift at Mt. Sunapee, and even spent a day at Hampton Beach. The only issue we encountered was not being able to use the firepit due to wet weather the week before us. Ring was flooded and grass around it was not mowed, but once contacted - the owners offered a solution.

Summary: This is the 3rd year we have stay at this lovely place. We stay for 2 weeks in the summertime The lake is quite the fishing is very goodThe off site beach area is clean and child friendly Views are enjoyable lots of deer with fawns, turkeys Beavers loons. We explore the country roads on rainy days there are a lot of them with some beautiful views old structures etc barns stone walls and such great for those who love taking picturesThere are lots of kayaks and canoe for your use a spot for your power boat if neededThe home owners are gracious spectacular people attentive and care a lot about your stay and their homeBooked again for next year for year number 4 Bill

Summary: I rented this house for a girls weekend for my friends and I, 5 of us total. We had a very nice time! The morning view across the lake was my favorite! We didn't want to do very much but relax (we all have kids) and that is exactly what we did! The house is very well kept, clean, and well maintained. The owner (Laura) was wonderful to talk to and very accommodating. There are no fancy restaurants in the immediate area but only a general store. Highly recommend anyone with kids who love the outdoors or anyone looking for a nice, quiet, peaceful place to relax and unwind. It's a little difficult to find if you arrive at night, there are no street lights on the road but the neighbors are very helpful and friendly! We plan to return in the Summer or Fall of 2017.

Summary: My four friends and I spent three nights at this lakefront property for a girl's kayak weekend. It was perfect for us. Every day we went kayaking, and the channel nearby provided viewings of a beaver(?), a loon that swam right next to us, turtles and many birds. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: The perfect summer get away! Beautiful property in a quiet, wooded retreat. We swam, kayaked, hiked, lazed in the sun and swam some more. The house was very clean and provided all that we needed. I liked the open concept design and there was plenty of room for six adults. It was a highlight of our day when the ducks would climb out of the pond to spend time on the lawn with us. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Summary: After staying here for 2 weeks, we'd recommend this home to anyone. One of the reasons we chose it was because we had my elderly in-laws coming up to visit and it worked perfectly for them. They had a very nice queen-size bed room with a bathroom right across the hall. My mother-in-law, who keeps her home so clean you can eat off the floor, kept walking around saying "very nice, very very nice".Robert went out of his way to provide great customer service. He had just finished cutting the lawn when we arrived, so he showed us around, brought us to the boat launch and the beach, answered questions about where the closest grocerty store was and then was gone. When it was time to leave, he was very flexible, and let us stay a bit longer than agreed upon, which was nice as the weather was still great.The absolute best part of our experience in this house, though, was the two chairs pictured by the lake. Because of the fact that the chairs are so open to the surroundings, the sunsets here were spectacular. Our favorite time of the day was between 5:00 and 7:00, when the sun would go down. That is what we'll always remember about the house. One day, while sitting here, a fawn walked right in back of us, crying for its mom. Oh, and the ducks were extremely friendly.We hope to be back for more visits in the years to come.
