3 Bedroom House in Seabreeze, Dewey Beach

Everything that Dewey/Rehoboth Beach has to offer is all within walking distance of this wonderful, large, updated, end-unit town home. The house is just two blocks from the beach (NOT on route 1), one block from the bay and one block from the many bars and restaurants in Dewey Beach. Rehoboth Beach is a 1 mile walk, drive or bike ride. With the home's close proximity to all of the above, you can go back and forth as you please. In addition, since the property is just (and I mean just) over the Dewey Beach line, there's no rental tax!
Kitchen/First Floor
The entire house has been extensively updated in recent years with a first floor and kitchen remodel now complete! The newly remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, new cabinets and appliances and new flooring (see pictures)! The kitchen also has a fridge/freezer with ice making machine, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, crockery & cutlery.
Our oversized living room has a large couch and a pull-out couch (sleeps 2) as well as three cozy chairs. We have a large, flat-screened television on the wall as well as a cozy, wood-burning fireplace for cool evenings. High speed internet is included. The full-size washer and dryer are located in a closet on the main level.
Bedrooms
This home features an oversize master suite with full bath, walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. The master has one king bed and one queen bed (with still plenty of room to get around). The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed and a twin. (In addition, the walk-in closet in the master bedroom has single bunkbeds and a bedside table with still plenty of closet space for clothing. Please note, however, that this is not considered a bedroom and there is no window in that room.)
Deck/Patio
Finally, the home has a newly redone patio where you can sit and relax in the evening after a long day at the beach or golf course. There is a table with seating for 6 and a comfortable lounge chair. There is a full-sized, stand-up charcoal grill as well. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and sea.
Activities
In addition to the sun and fun on the beach and the bay, Delaware is famous for its tax-free shopping. This house is just 5-10 minutes from Rehoboth's three outlet malls and many other shops and restaurants. Golf is10 minutes away at one of the many golf courses in the area. Some of the best restaurants in the area are only minutes from our home--please ask us for recommendations!

Summary: The house was very clean and the location was great for access to the beach and downtown. It was also set back enough that there was very little noise from cars or Dewey nightlife. The host was very responsive concerning the property and parking.

Summary: We enjoyed and had fun during our stay. Thanks to our host who is very nice and friendly. No issues checking in and instructions are straight forward. She helps us find places for activities and recommend restaurants that’s suitable to our liking. Place is very clean with lots of rooms. It’s a nice house and well decorated that makes you feel comfortable and feels like home. The beach, restaurants, and activities are 10-15 minutes walking distance and close to Rehoboth beach as well. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Over all, our first experience at Dewey is wonderful with the help of our host. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Awesome place. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths, large living area on first floor with half bath. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for guest use in very good condition. Even though we brought our own paper products, this home had extra of everything. Very clean and well kept. Beds were soft and comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. Home must be well insulated, hardly any outside or inside noise. You will need to bring, shampoo, bath towels and bed linens. Two parking spaces. The host tells you all this in her listing. She is easy to reach and offers solutions should you need something. This was a family vacation for us, we brought a 1 and 2 year old with us, a child gate for the steps, and strollers to get them around. With the babies, it’s a little hike to the beach. Even though this unit is in a decent bay side location, I may have to find something on the beach side until the babies aren’t so needy. Other than that, this place is great and I hope to rent it again someday.

Summary: Stayed for the weekend with family. Property was very homey, comfortable, and clean. Have to cross the highway to get to the beach, but is otherwise in a good location and easy walk to coffee shops restaurants and bars.

Summary: My vacation at Dewey beach was awesome. The property was clean, comfort and suit our family to the tee. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our family meals. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. We had plenty of parking with our 2 spaces and additional parking off the street. Allison, the owner was polite, helpful and always available. Everything is walkable from this location! Beach, bars and restaurants just blocks away! Looking forward to returning. Thank you again! Summary: We loved many aspects of this property: the back porch felt secluded due to large trees behind the house, the inside was very clean with nice flooring & amenities plus 2 &1/2 baths. Beach chairs & toys were supplied. As an end unit, we also liked the side yard for the dogs. Hope to stay again next year.
