Summary: The house was clean and a good size for all of us. The pool was wonderful, and probably the best part of our stay. Matt was very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely recommend the property.

Summary: The house was very nice. Kids loved the pool table and pool. Basic amenities within reasonable driving distance. Matt was very quick with his responses and helping us out when the door lock stopping working. Simple battery fix.Hudson beach was very small. We chose to drive further to Sunset Beach about 45 min drive.

Summary: This was are 2nd year staying at this location and will come back every time we come to this part of Florida very kid friendly pool was wonderful and the host are very nice and quick to respond on any question or issues which there was no issues overall 100 out of10

Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and the house was great. It was roomy, clean and the pool was wonderful. It was also close to the beach. This was my second stay here and I will stay here again on my next visit.
