Completely renovated cottage on a private lot directly on Lake Ontario in Wilson, NY, with 80 feet of frontage and unobstructed views of the lake and the Toronto Skyline. A wide-open floor plan with brand new flooring, full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, furniture, and many other new amenities. The wide-open floor plan includes 2 sets of sliding glass doors for beautiful lake views year-round. There’s a king size bed in the lower bedroom and a Serta sleeper in the common space. In the loft, there are 3 beds (2-Queen and 1 Full), all with a beautiful view of the large yard and Lake Ontario. A great relaxing location just 25 minutes from Niagara Falls and 20 from the beautiful Village of Lewiston and all it has to offer. There are multiple State Parks within 30 minutes, the closest being 5 minutes away. A 10-minute walk to the kayak launch and beach on Lake Ontario. Access to the Canadian border at the Lewiston Queenston Bridge is 25 minutes for this beautiful cottage. **No water access**

Summary: My wife and I had a very nice time staying here for a couple of days. The view of the lake was beautiful as we sat out there in the sunshine. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was great communication with Tom and was a pleasant surprise when he said on the last day we can stay as late as we like.

Summary: Our family chose this place due to the water view, and were not disappointed! We usually like to be away from bustle and noise when vacationing. We did venture to Niagara Falls and some other surrounding attractions, but we loved coming back to the quiet of this little cottage! The owner was quick with communication regarding the few questions we had. My teens and preteens vote we return sometime!

Summary: We thoroughly LOVED this adorable cottage. It was very clean, well-stocked with everything one would need, and located on a little piece of heaven with a lakeview we never tired of! We got such a kick out being able to see the city of Toronto across the lake, especially at night when the lights made it even prettier to view. Additionally, we loved the surrounding countryside of Wilson as well as the town of Wilson itself. During our short visit we tried three different restaurants... the Wilson Boat House Restaurant, Vern's Pub & Grill, and Matty's Pizzaria. All three were great! For ambiance and location as well as the food quality, however, I would rate the Boat House as Number One! Our host, Tom, was wonderful to deal with. He's very responsive, friendly, and willing to answer any and all quesitons you might have. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: Loved the location right on the lake! House was clean and had everything needed. However the second bedroom is a loft that does not have a full height ceiling and has very steep and narrow stairs.

Summary: The host Tom answered so many questions for me so quickly even before we arrived. He helped me find a boat rental company and even recommended a couple of restaurants we enjoyed. The home is very clean, organized, and cute inside and out. We enjoyed the sunsets on Lake Ontario very much. Sitting by the lake is peaceful. On a clear day, we saw the CN Tower in Toronto. 100% recommend this property!
