This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, sleeps 8, has a light and bright coastal feel, with new appliances and furniture. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and living room all openly connected. Speaking of kitchens, this one is gorgeous!

With over 300 days of sunshine here, you might choose to have your meals outside on the wraparound sundeck where we have a large dinning table, perfect for breakfast or dinner under the stars.

Back inside you will find a full sized washer and dryer, plush linens, comfortable furnishings, plenty of storage and closet space, and a fresh and happy vibe throughout.

Outside, it gets even better. We have covered porches galore, with comfy lounge seating, BBQ grill, plenty of entertaining areas and of course, a sparkling private pool! A fence and large trees provide plenty of privacy and keeps your private oasis here very quiet.

It is hard to leave a home like this, but when you do venture out, you will quickly find that you are in the best location on all of 30A! Walking distance to the areas top restaurants like AJs, Chiringo and the world famous Red Bar. There is also a couple great coffee shops, plenty of shopping, a convenience store, electric bike and paddle board rentals, and of course…the beach!

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
