Podere della Crocchia, a beautiful old stone villa in a very panoramic position, is immersed in a rural environment that embodies all the characteristics of typical Tuscan landscapes. Looking out over the valley you will see endless expanses of cereal, corn and sunflower fields, which blend in harmony with the high hills. The ancient villages, manor houses and farmhouses surrounded by vineyards and olive groves will immerse you in a dreamlike atmosphere. The owners themselves, Luca and Patrizia, in addition to excellent organic extra virgin olive oil, wine and other fine goods, also produce a natural food supplement based on olive leaf extract.
The villa is a combination of old, modern and hospitality: stylish furnishings and all the necessary comforts and facilities. In the cool pergola, in front of the kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture and barbecue, you can relax and dine al fresco. If you are looking for a villa with hotel services, Podere della Crocchia is the right place for you. Our guests are enthusiastic about the extras offered by the very friendly owners (starter pack of detergents, tea, coffee, sugar), fresh vegetables, homemade cakes, welcome drink... and consider them one of the bonuses of the villa.
In the wide garden you can spend your leisure days thanks to the beautiful private swimming pool (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st April to 30th September), with comfortable wooden sunbeds, table tennis and games for children. In the surrounding area there are many paths suitable for cycling or trekking, with children as well, in the wonderful Tuscan landscape.

Summary: Wir suchten die Einsamkeit und Ruhe, einfach ungezwungen in Familie sein und wir haben es gefunden. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück mit dem herrlichen Pool und der traumhafte Blick über das Tal um Ciggiano, schöner kann es nicht sein. Die Besitzer kümmern sich jeden Morgen um das Grundstück und die Sauberkeit des Pools ganz unbemerkt und versorgten uns liebevoll mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau. Die Buchung des Objektes und die weitere Betreuung waren unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Summary: Das "Anwesen" ist einfach nur klasse! Schön abgelegen und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Region. Besonders in der Abenddämmerung ein unglaublicher Ausblick! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, hat einen schönen Pool und hat reichlich Entspannungsmöglichkeiten! Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden! Es hat 2 Doppelbettzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Sofas sind vorhanden für weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten! Im Haus befindet sich ein offener Kamin für gemütliche Abende. TV vorhanden mit internationalen Sendern. Natur pur! Es kommen gelegentlich Pferde sowie die Hunde der Besitzer vorbei um sich Streicheleinheiten abzuholen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wer die Ruhe und sehr gute Luft liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht hier ist phänomenal und einige Fotos wert. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten sind etwas hart. Alles was man täglich braucht z. B. zum Kochen ist vorhanden. In Arezzo gibt's einen riesigen Supermarkt und in Monte San Savino einen etwas kleineren. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Toben und Schwimmen und wird täglich gereinigt. Auf Wunsch kann man bei der netten Vermieterin auch mit 2-tägigem Vorlauf Mittag- und Abendessen bestellen. Das haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bekamen aber einen ofenwarmen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, der sehr lecker schmeckte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. The landlords are very hospitable and nice and have welcomed us friendly. Who loves the peace and very good air is just right here. The view here is phenomenal and worth a few photos. The house is clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the double beds are a bit hard. Everything you need daily , for example for cooking, is available. In Arezzo there is a huge supermarket and in Monte San Savino a little smaller one. The pool is big enough and is cleaned daily. On request you can (with a 2-day pre-order) book lunch and dinner through the owners. We did not use that, but got a oven-warm homemade cake, which tasted very delicious. We would stay here again anytime.
