Located in Arles, in the countryside but not isolated (quiet area, 2 houses nearby) and very close to the city center of Arles (5-10 min by car) and the pretty villages of the Alpilles such as Maussane, Fontveille, Les Baux de Provence , etc.
Large house of 170 m2 with terrace, large garden with trees and flowers (2500m2), swimming pool (unheated), summer kitchen, garden furniture, which you can enjoy in all seasons.
Completely renovated in 2016.

Summary: The house is decorated in an LA meets France style. Simple. Clean. DIY vibe. Trendy. It’s great for kids. Tons of toys and a swing set. The primary bedroom is great. Super cool shades that black out the room completely. A little odd that the bathroom is a part of the bedroom, but that’s the ”trendy” part. Felt like a hotel room. The owners have a lot of cupboards and cabinets and drawers blocked off and marked “private.” The neighborhood is unattractive and just a suburb. Super close to the town of Arles though. But you definitely need a car. The air conditioning downstairs is great, but not upstairs. It doesn’t reach the rooms upstairs, just the hallway. Owner is super friendly and nice and speaks good English and was super helpful when the fuse blew out the first night and we lost power in the kitchen. Over all the house and property are fine.

Summary: Perfect house with lovely details. We really loved and enjoyed it. It is a very quiet location and ot is totally fenced. So it was perfect for us with dogs. But apaort from the calm it is close to the town and beautiful places. The housekeeper came two times during our stay and she was so friendly, always smiling and courteous. Also the owner, Clémentine, was very very friendly and caring. We would like to come again! Many many thanks for all.

Summary: The property was just as advertised and just what we wanted and needed. The house was comfortable and spacious, and given the extreme heat we very much appreciated both the beautiful garden & pool, and the a/c! We were especially grateful that the property was pet friendly and that our golden retriever was welcomed. He had a great time, too! The host made everything easy and communication was smooth and easy.
