Welcome to our new home in Summit Cove. Sitting on almost half an acre, the house boasts a fire pit and private hot tub boarding the forest of Keystone Ranch. Walk out the door to several hiking and biking routes in Summit County. Keystone resort is less than 2 miles away. Take the shuttle to Breckenridge, Frisco or the Outlets in Silverthorne. In addition to world-class skiing and boarding, Winter activities include nordic trails, snowmobiling and Adventure hills. Summer activities abound with Lake Dillon in our front yard and Keystone Ranch Golf Club and the Colorado Trail in our backyard.
Great separation of space includes 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms, the perfect set up for families with children. Luxurious Master Bedroom includes a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. A large walk-out balcony includes gorgeous mountain views. A guest bedroom upstairs has it's own private bathroom and a office desk with a view which makes working from home a delight. Adults may spread out in the spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy on the coldest of nights. A large dining area may accommodate 14 people to help create mountain memories for years to come. Our boys live the second living area which includes a queen futon, TV and Xbox gaming console. 2 sleeping areas downstairs include a twin bunk bed and a twin over full futon bed in the other bedroom. Plus, there is a full bathroom downstairs along with a washer/dryer for convenience. The attached 2 car garage is heated to keep your boots warm as you dress to prepare for a snowy day on the slopes. Private hot tub is perfect after a day on the slopes.

Summary: My family and I stayed and very much enjoyed our stay. The home was the most well stocked (spices/cutlery/pots & pans/detergent for laundry/etc) of any place I've ever stayed. We enjoyed the location (close to several ski areas and towns, grocery, pizza, liquor stores, etc). We loved watching the gorgeous birds in the backyard as well as the large hot tub. My only complaint is that the fireplace was not working (recommended not to use and taped up with plastic). For me personally, this was a big deal because Christmas in the mountains means a roaring fire in the fireplace; otherwise, I would highly recommend this as a family stay for folks who love ski-ing and staying in the mountains! Thank you.

Summary: Everything about the property worked out great for us to enjoy Christmas with our family. Lynda was a great host and responded quickly to any questions, she even arranged for a white Christmas.

Summary: This was a great house for our little family reunion. There was plenty of room for all kids and adults. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a great sledding hill down the road. Skiing was close and lits of wonter activities available close. The kitchen has all the essentials and there were plenty of toiletries provided! We loved this house and this trip, thank you!!!!

Summary: We stayed here for a family vacation during the week of July 4TH. Beautiful, very clean house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything!!! House was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking daily, a trip to Breckenridge and numerous trips to Dillon reservoir. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to experience everything we wanted to. Definitely will be returning to this area next summer. The host Lynda was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: Always enjoy Keystone…..House was well equipped with anything you could want in the kitchen. Hot tub very nice…. Kitchen faucet was a challenge as the sensor was temperamental - Contact person was most helpful.

Summary: We rented Lynda’s place to ring in the new year with our family. We loved staying in a local neighborhood that was convenient to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, and other activities. The house was a great size and layout, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Would gladly stay here again.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing family vacation at Lynda and Todd's beauriful mountain home in Dillion! We had plenty of space for our large group and the kids had a blast playing in the yard jumping into mounds of snow and playing in the old fort out back - Lynda was nothing short of amazing in her response time to our questions and incredibly understanding of any needs we had ! We skied at Breckenridge and Keystone all within a short distance - the property is close to everything and we were able to fully stick the kitchen and spend relaxing evenings back at the house also fully stocked with linens towels everything a large family would need ! Thank you so much Lynda (and your whole family) for hosting us And Happy New Year !
