Summary: We needed a place to stay for a week for a family reuion. My nephew and his family joined us later in the week. This property is so well thought out. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and my 11 years old twin nieces love the pink and purple bedroom. This property met all of our needs and the setting is so serene and peaceful! The proptery owner was friendly and checked on us often to make sure that all was well. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: At first our stay was just to avoid the commute from Syracuse for a week, but this offered so much more! Every comfort was provided for: laundry, dishwasher, grill accessories, dock and pool table. We enjoyed our time so much we're already planning on coming back! Gracias José

Summary: I gave 5 Stars in all categories only because 6 or more were not available. The check in and out process could not have been easier. When there was any issues which were few and minor the host addressed them immediately and was quick to respond to any questions that came up. The property itself is gorgeous with luxurious appointments. There were a lot of little details such as the provided shampoo and body wash and laundry detergent that were greatly appreciated. The next time I travel to the Binghamton area this will definitely be my first choice and I will highly recommend it to others

Summary: Clean, modern, comfortable interior with a mini pool table and darts. HUGE TV and amazing kitchen. Great communication from the host. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Summary: Jose's place was a great spot for our group of 4 to meet up for the weekend. The space is super updated, clean and so very comfortable. We loved spending time relaxing and visiting in this cozy bright space. You could easily fit 6 adults as there are three pretty spacious bedrooms. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into making this home a wonderful place to stay and hangout by the river. We loved the view of the river and even made a fire on cold fall morning to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and view of three eagles nesting in a tree across the river. We really enjoyed hiking at Salt Springs State Park and Chenango Valley State Park was an enjoyable walk around the lake. We also had lunch at a great brewery near Chenango called Farm by Beer Tree Brew. The brewery is beautiful inside and fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing get away, you won't be disappointed.
