Splish Splash Water park and Riverhead Aquarium Tanger outlet is only 10 miles away, And West Hampton for shopping or Dinning only 13 minutes away. One and 1/2 hours by train to NYC. Great area to relax or be as busy as you like.

Summary: We had the best time during our stay. Lori is absolutely the best. She had suggestions on where to go, what to do and where to eat. She was extremely helpful and responsive anytime we had a question. The house is so cute and clean and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a great Father's Day weekend and we will definitely be back!

Summary: The house is a short block from the river. Days start with the singing of warblers, sparrows, and other birds. Roses and rhododendrons bloom in the garden. The neighborhood is delightful to walk in. Woodland trails, bay and ocean beaches, and historic sites are all in easy reach by car. You can rent a boat at Silly Lilly, browse at a street fair, drive to Westhampton for an outdoor art show, or meet friendly people on birding walks organized by ELIAS, the local Audubon chapter. And any time you want to take it slow, you can spend hours on the deck, savoring a beverage, reading a book, or studying the birds in very peaceful surroundings. Days end with gorgeous sunsets over the river, & meals prepared with locally grown berries & veggies from any of the nearby farm stands - not to mention locally caught fish from a market in town. The open kitchen is spacious and well equipped. With 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, there's plenty of room for visitors!

Summary: The property is located in a great neighborhood and located near just about anything you would need. The house has an awesome view of the water and is well equipped. Lori is the owner/host and she is nothing sort of amazing. She takes great pride in making sure the only thing the renter has to do is relax. She greeted us upon arrival and followed up several times throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. You will not be disappointed!!

Summary: The house is lovely, immaculate, well-equipped, and well- situated on a quiet street with amazing water views, minutes from excellent attractions (petting zoos, aquarium, farms) for kids of all ages. Your host goes over and above to accommodate. We were four adults and one child, and the house was the perfect size. If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this property. We had a truly wonderful visit.

Summary: We sought a VRBO so that my family on LI could all be under one roof when I visited from Florida for a long weekend. Our host was incredibly interactive and generous, we came late in the evening and found a bottle of wine and snacks laid out for us. The space was beautiful--a wonderful kitchen, lovely bedrooms and a cozy living room. We especially enjoyed the two patios, the west side faced a marina and it was just gorgeous, the other had a grill and shady trees. We just wanted to spend time with each other, so we didn't do much exploring of the area, but the main street in Center Moriches is charming and we enjoyed a farm stand and a fish market. We hope to return and go on the fishing charter that we saw go in and out all weekend. I highly recommend this property, it was a beautiful experience.

Summary: My stay was a delight from start to finish. I wish it never had to end! Some days I went exploring; many great places to visit are just a short drive away. Some days I whiled away on the deck, enjoying the sun (or the shade of the awning) while reading a book or watching the birds (swans, egrets, ducks, geese, mockingbirds, & more) and the boats. Some days I cooked and baked in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen, under the skylight. And some days I entertained guests, all of whom remarked on the beauty and comfort of the space. I can hardly wait to go back!

Summary: Thank you Lori for being such an amazing, thoughtful host. We were pleasantly surprised to find the little “extras” that made it feel like home. We had a wonderful experience on our first trip to Long Island. The VRBO app was overall accurate for the property description and the house was just as beautiful as shown in the photos and sunsets on the water from the side deck were stunning. It was definitely a great home away from home.

Summary: Host was noting short of the best; friendly, courteous and true pleasure to rent from. Home was perfect for a great visit to Long Island. Close to everything and anything you need to have a memorable vacation on eastern Long Island whether your are from the area, visiting again, or have never been to Long Island. A must if you are looking to explore everything Long Island has to offer.

Summary: Lori is the perfect property host. She left a complimentary bottle of a favourite red; house was immaculate; was the right balance of available for questions before and during my stay; her home's location is the perfect centre from which to explore Long Island.
