We are a retired couple sharing our home and providing a private room in a Traditional Bed and Breakfast located above the town of Balingup hosted by Reyer and Julie.
Our home is surrounded by a veranda and has amazing views to the West.
You'll have a relaxing sleep in a King size bed with woollen blankets or doona followed by an amazing continental breakfast, provided by us your hosts, taken either inside or outside on the verandah overlooking the Balingup Hills. There is also a sofa bed in the room that will sleep two.
You have your own en-suite, a bar fridge, air-conditioning, TV/DVD, an electric kettle and a shared lounge and dining room.
Activities and culinary experiences are plentiful in the town and surrounding areas unless you prefer a good book, a TV channel or a video.
ARE YOU A KEEN MOUNTAIN BIKER? We're not far from Tank7 where there are 4 levels of difficulty to excite you. Come and stay with us, have a scrumptious breakfast, a hot shower and good conversation following your MTB rides.
We can suggest places to have lunch and dinner.

Summary: We had a fabulous 2-night stay while in the area for Bridgetown festival. Really comfortable room, gorgeous views and verandah overlooking pretty gardens. Incredibly delicious breakfast set us up for the day.

Summary: We are a family of four with two younger sons. We had the most lovely peaceful and relaxing stay at Julie and Reyer’s beautiful property in Balingup. The house was gorgeous with wrap around verandas and green valley views. The best spot to sit with a hot drink. The room and shared lounge areas were spotless, comfortable and so homey. Julie and Reyer were the friendliest and kindest people. They made us feel so welcome and breakfast made by them each morning was such a treat. Fresh and delicious. They were also so kind to our boys, accomodating them for breakfast and making the whole experience such a lovely one. If you’re stuck for what to do in the area, have a chat with them, they are a wealth of information too. Thank you both for our lovely stay! We look forward to coming back soon. The Madden Family
