As published in GOOD HOUSE KEEPING (August 2019) This Property is owned by an HGTV designer, so there is serious attention to detail. The home was also used to shoot Food Network cooking shows because of the beautiful open-air kitchen. They call it: BLACK BARN CREEK.
It has two black barn type structures on the property, and it has a stream that runs the length of the property. Cathedral ceilings and skylights thru-out the living rooms and bedrooms give you space to breathe. Wood burning fireplace in the living room and in the 'Surf Shack' as well!.
THIS HOME HAS DIRECT (SHARED) WATER ACCESS FOR KAYAKING AND PADDLE BOARDING. Paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong table, vintage air-hockey table, and 4 bicycles are all included. There is also a hammock, a new Jumbo trampoline and Surf Shack/Barn on the property with glass doors all around that open to enjoy summer nights by the fire pit. YOU CAN ALSO WALK TO THE BEACH. ( About a 4 minute walk.)
3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own private bathroom. A Movie Screening room makes for fun movie nights! Wine refrigerator, ice machine, and huge popcorn maker doesn't hurt either. NOTE: There are a few security cameras in our home but are all turned off for guests.

Summary: Very cute and well designed house with good layout - well stocked kitchen - great Sonos system for music and new TVs for Netflix for the kids - across the street from access to Noyac bay for kayak/paddle board - property was as described except for ping pong table which was broken by previous tenant - good selection of bicycles but tires not fully inflated - overall we had a great stay

Summary: We stayed a month in July 2020 with rotation of family and friends visiting. House is very welcoming. Feels like you're staying at your own home. So close to water to kayak and paddleboard. Close walk to beautiful beach that feels private. Plenty to do at the house. Owner available and helpful. Didn't know this area of the Hamptons before coming and it is now our favorite. Need a car to explore the Hamptons and go to Sag Harbor.

Summary: This house is perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful girls family weekend. The house just flows well. We Spent many hours in The added out door garage (we have named our she shed). The owners cannot do enough to make your stay a Memorable one.

Summary: This is a great property for families. My kids loved the play room and the trampoline and the house had lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone. It had all the great mod cons like Sonos and super stylish decor. The Hamptons are expensive so probably good to come prepared with your own beach stuff as rentals and places to eat are not cheap. I would definitely recommend the house and location, just be prepared that the Hamptons is all pretty pricey ... even for those coming from london but it’s a small price to pay for some of the most respected and beautiful land in the US.

Summary: Please don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! The owners have created a sanctuary of beauty, peace, and relaxation. Every beautiful detail and generous amenity has been thought of and more! Whether or not you plan on staying here with children, there is something for everyone. We were two small families with children 7 and under. Everyone felt at home! The home is perfectly located on a quiet street, yet located close to everything you may need. Summary: This was our annual family gathering with members scattered throughout The Hamptons. We found Ricky's home to be a beautiful and creative backdrop for happy moments of talking and sharing. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area by the Surf Shack. The fire pit, stars above, and music from the amazing sound system provided an atmosphere like no other. Along with proximity to the bay and the ocean - it was all we needed for a magical family time. Thank you!

Summary: Our entire experience with this house was wonderful. Communication with owner prior to arrival was great. Very helpful. The house was even better than we expected. Very clean, comfortable and everything redone and brand new. The location was terrific, across the street from water access and not far from town. We loved the house and the entire trip/experience was superb. We would go back gladly and would make this an annual family trip. 5 stars all around!!!
