Summary: A very solid stay, the property was well cleaned and prepared for guests. The host had very reasonable rules/requests which made it a very easy stay. The only things that weren’t as desirable were the occasional loud cars driving at night (very understandable though given location), and that some outlets weren’t working. Aside from those I would recommend this place to others or even stay again for the price and how close to events and well kept the owner takes care of the place.

Summary: The house is cute inside and out. It was very thoroughly cleaned. The sleeping arrangements could be better… two beds were missing supports and there were concrete boxes placed underneath to keep the mattress from falling through to the floor. But the mattress still supported my back and my I had no pain. Bring your own coffee - they have filters & a pot.

Summary: We were in town for a girl’s trip to see a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The house was a fantastic location for us, whether we decided to hit the strip for a while or just lounge by the pool. 4 miles from the stadium too. Terry was a pleasure to work with, checked in on us during our stay, and even helped ship my friends watch back that was inadvertently left in the house. Recommend this property if you prefer to experience Vegas at your own pace, & not be submersed in it ☺️

Summary: The shower was all of ours favorite part, but the whole house was amazing. The pool was very cold, but there was a charge to heat up the pool. That was one thing we didn't like, already spent a good amount of money renting the house, and the money we spent in LV.

Summary: Great house for a girls weekend. One of the bedroom layouts was interesting, the beds blocked the closet and the door leading outside. The pool was the perfect temperature and we swam all weekend. The floors could have used a little more attention to the cleaning but otherwise a great place to stay.
