Positive: The location was great, kind of tucked away in a quiet area, but also still close to everything! The home was clean and neat, decor was cute and not over done or dated. Lots of parking and having an area outside to hose off everything and yourself was so great! The home had everything you needed in the kitchen which was nice! I would definitely stay here again!
Negative: Only issue I had was working the dryer, could be a user error as I haven't used one like that in a VERY long time, other than that it was great!
Summary: Home away from home!

Positive: The code was nice. Did not have to worry about obtaining keys. Liked having a washer n dryer on site. The location was close to everything we wanted.to do and had a nice play to site and enjoy morning coffee will watching the birds and ships
Negative: The garbage disposal was clogged when we arrived. It was fixed before we left. It was nice having the washer and dryer on-site but the dryer would not dry, even with us running it 4 or 5 times on the same load. Needed more towels for the 10 of us. We have to reuse them and could not wash as the dryer would not dry. There were a few places that needed a wipe down as there was some hair left over.
Summary: Really enjoyed this place. Even with the few issues we found, I would/will consider again

Positive: Large driveway for my boat, beautifully appointed decorations, furnishings and utilities. The unit was very clean, bright and comfortable.
Negative: The roadwork going on adjacent to the property. Other than that I don't have any complaints about the property. It was great.
Summary: I could live there, very nice place. kudos to the property managers and the owners.

Positive: We loved the size of the home as a family of 9 the size was perfect! Plenty of room inside the home and the downstairs was a great alternative for the kids to play. Also the front was amazing to drink a cup of coffee in the morning! Even with some downfalls we would definitely stay here again as the staff was so friendly and so helpful!
Negative: We had a bit of an issue with appliances not working, and the grill did not work but Shawna with vercasa was amazing at trying to get everything fixed up and make our stay as pleasant and wonderful as possible. Also if you have back issues like I do be very careful with the stairs (I should have looked more closely prior to booking at how many steps would be needed to enter the home) also the master bed was as hard as the floor!

Positive: Loved the location! Balcony was perfect for watching sunsets, and the whole beach vibe in the decor was fantastic!
Negative: I traveled with people who like a cool house. I could have used some extra blankets at night.
