Beautifully renovated Sebago Lake Camp with gorgeous sunrise views as ducks and loons swim by your own private dock. The dock can accommodate up to a 22' boat . The house has three living areas. The lower level has beautiful Knotty Pine wood accents, two high quality futons for sleeping and a walkout sliding door to access the backyard patio & lakefront .
The main floor has one full bathroom with laundry, a kitchen with dining table and a bedroom with a twin over full-size bunk bed. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave , ceramic cooktop & Kuerig coffee maker. A sliding glass door provides access to the deck with Weber grill, 2 cafe tables and chairs & beautiful lake views. The top floor master suite has a Queen size bed, new maple hardwood floors, fresh paint & a beautiful view of the Lake. The master suite also has a larger half bathroom with a sink, toilet, granite counter and dressing area. The house can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults with 2 children.
100 feet of frontage on the beautiful Sebago Lake basin! Enjoy use of a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, a swim platform, and a canoe. There is a large, outdoor patio with stone a fire-pit that is great for end of the day relaxation.
This property is perfect for families or anyone just looking to relax with gorgeous lake views. Its a boating enthusiast's dream with direct access to Maine's second largest lake. Simply boat under a bridge and you are in the main lake!
