This property is 25 minutes by boat to Bridge Water Plaza and 15 minutes by Land. The private 1 Acre lot has lake views from all rooms. Great fishing right off the property Jet ski and boat tie up at large dock available. Excellent spot for romantic Sunsets, can't get much better views than this! Located between R49 and R50 markers on the main channel with deep water cove to swim; also 4 easy steps to access water for swimming in another spot on this property. Wildlife is plentiful. Stars are brilliant while sitting at the campfire and roasting marshmallows.
Small dogs under 30 lbs welcome for an additional fee.

Summary: Overall the place was lovely. I don't think that Vrbo mentioned that it was a basement unit. We had been there before, so we expected it. Porch flooded when it rained. No ice maker or trays. Several light bulbs missing/out. Little things, but worth correcting for an excellent experience.

Summary: The unit was clean with the exception of the standing water in the dishwasher, and the coffee maker could have been cleaner. Our dissatisfaction came from the flood on the screened porch and the neglected boat house. When it rained, all the water flowed onto the porch from above. At one point, there was 3" of water and it was dripping from the ceiling. The photos of the boathouse online are clearly old. There was nowhere to sit because all the cushions weren't clean, and it was filled with cobwebs. The boathouse room shown online was in total disrepair.

Summary: Happy with everything. We were lucky to have found it. Great dock, fantastic yard the dogs loved it and the view is heaven on earth! Great stay! We will be back if they will have us!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time in a 4 night stay! The owners were very responsive and helpful and the home was beautiful. The view is AMAZING and we were lucky to have lovely weather the whole time. The kitchen is a joy to cook in: well organized and very clean. The 2nd oven (downstairs) was very useful in preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Would love to go back!
