This Semi detached Villa in prime location in the Playamar-Los Alamos area of Torremolinos, 2nd line of the beach, with direct access to the seafront (from front door to the beach is about 50 meters). The property has been substantially upgraded by the new owners in 2020. New kitchen installed in February 2024 and in May 2025 the property now has air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The property is located in a one way road with similar properties. Entry system leads to the front door at the side which leads to spacious entrance hallway, from here there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, toilet with wash basin, fully equipped kitchen with small table and chairs, The kitchen has all modern appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave there is also all equipment required such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle. From the kitchen leads to the utility room which has the washing machine and cleaning products and iron.
Living room has large curved sofa and single chair, Smart TV, DVD and Internet (high speed fibre-optic), dining room table and 6 chairs, patio doors lead to the terrace which is half covered with terrace sofas and the other half has sunbeds and awning. 2 gates leads via 4 steps to the swimming pool and further sunbeds.
The 1st floor has large landing leading to 3 bedrooms, master with double bed (180cm), wardrobes and en-suite bathroom and terrace with table and chairs, other bedrooms have each 2 single beds and wardrobes.
Upper floor sleeps 6 and ground floor 2 (total 8 adults).
Semi Basement (has windows) with Pool table and table tennis table available for all guests.
Also for bookings with occupancy of more than 8 adults access to a further 3 single beds and small kitchen area, sofa with TV and table and chairs.
The property is less than 10 minutes walk from either main line train stations La Colina and Los Alamos. This service goes from Malaga to Fuengirola and runs every 20 minutes. (also from the airport)
The nearest main supermarket is either Supersol which is 1,5km away or Mercadona which 2km away and can be walked in around 15-20 minutes. There is also a small supermarket on the seafront which is around 500 meters away.
Large Commercial centre "Plaza Mayor" is less than 3km away and can be reached by train (1 stop from Los Alamos) and also by bus and can be walked which takes approximately 30 minutes.

Summary: Villa went beyond our expectations, pool lovely plenty of sun beds. Villa very well equipped, peaceful, close to the beach, 10 min walk to well stocked supermarket. Gary was extremely helpful. 7 adults had a fabulous week

Summary: Great location with good restaurants and the beach was nearby, unfortunately the pool was too cold for the baby as it’s not heated, a welcome pack would be ideal as we arrived late in the evening with a baby ( milk, bread and butter) we had had to dash out and get this at 9pm at night ( we would have paid for this) not enough Sunbed at the pool, the villa sleeps 11, we had 2 sunbeds at the pool and had to move 2 sunbeds down from the upstairs rooms which were not suitable, all in all, we had a good week

Summary: The villa was a lovely space with lots to entertain very clean and well kept communication with host very good , we had four adult couple so could’ve benefited from another shower and was a little walk away from the strip but the property was lovely Thank you for a great stay

Summary: We were very happy with our stay here. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were tucked away from the main street by the beach so it was nice and quiet and felt very safe. For large groups or families I cannot recommend this property enough, if you have small children there is plenty to keep kids occupied both in the house and within a 5 mins walk at the beach. If you are planning a stay for a group of friends the train station is very close for day trips out and there are plenty of nearby places to go for an evening meal.
