3 Bedroom House in Ocean Isle Beach

Quiet location on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy the view from the deck or the private dock! One half mile from public boat ramp or a couple miles to the beach so bring your kayak, SUP, fishing rods and golf clubs. It is all about the VIEW. ICW home with private fishing pier. This location is also close to so many things..5 minutes to putting your beach chair on the beautiful sands of of Ocean Isle, numerous golf courses, restaurants, and a multitude of services and conveniences. The best is the walk on your own pier & to sit & watch the boats cruise buy on the ICW. Or just enjoy crabbing and fishing.
The house is listed as 3 bedroom/2 bath which includes the downstairs suite.. There is a 6 PERSON MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN.
3 VEHICLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING BOAT TRAILER
PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide linens or towels. Master is Queen, Second upstairs bedroom is King, Downstairs suite is Queen.
ATTENTION BOATERS - There are no docking facilities. You will need to put in and out daily at the public ramp nearby. Please let owner know if you plan on bringing a boat so that parking options can be discussed. There is no way to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway or at the house.
For Dog Owners: if you want to take your dog to the beach on Ocean Isle: All dogs must be on a leash, contained or fenced at all times. NO DOGS allowed on the beach strand from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No Dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. The Town does have a Pooper Scooper Ordinance.

Summary: This was our second summer at this property and are already planning next summer's vacation. We love the location of the house and just the house in general! We stayed from Sunday to Saturday and enjoyed all things beach, fishing, crabbing, etc. We even had time for a little puttputting and go cart racing. We will definitely be back next year! Kids are 6 and 9.

Summary: We had an amazing time with this property. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was spot on, there was more than enough dishes and cookware for an army. This is an older home but it is clean and has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay. The best part we enjoyed was fishing off the pier and sitting on the porch upstairs watching the boats roll by. We caught Spots, Croakers, a small shark, and a Rockfish. We are, most definitely, booking this property again in the future.
