Summary: I worked at Deaconess Multicare and this was close enough to walk. Also close to Huckleberry’s. A cute, nicely remodeled old house with quiet street and nice neighbors. Easy freeway access and no I didn’t notice road noise. I’m planning to return in a couple months.

Summary: This is a historic home in Spokane. So many fun details to appreciate. It is an older home so the doors might creak, and corners might not be square but the interesting floors, secret TV hideaway, multipurpose back yard and architectural designs make its imperfections disappear. The Kitchen is completely updated, with a great oven and stove. Fridge is large and works well. The coffee pots (both regular and keriug) are much appreciated. The kids had a great time playing bean bag toss in the back yard. The house itself is right downtown, street parking was close and readily available. The yard could use some trimming but at the end of summer my yard might look a little rambling too. Thank you for sharing this space!

Summary: We had a great time but was disappointed that for the hottest week of the year the “air conditioning” was actually portable units that weren’t on upstairs and so our first night was unbearable. Once we figured out how the a/c in one room could be used to cool off the upstairs it was better though it took a few days given the high temperature.
