Summary: Tim was quick to respond about any questions we had. We were visiting family in Aurora/Centennial area so perfect location. Close to restaurants and anything we needed. Great house, very clean and plenty of space to move around. Best experience!!

Summary: Everything was great at this place. Super clean, easy access, lots of room for our family to stay, 2 kids and 4 adults. The only small thing i wish they can fix is tighten the padded dinning room chairs. They are loose and move alot. Felt like they might collapse. If i had my tools I would have dine it, but we are traveling from Texas.

Summary: Tim's house was the perfect space for our youth sports team to stay while visiting for a tournament. Big spacious rooms and everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again!

Summary: Perfect location for our group of women. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. We wish there had been a coffee pot instead of just a keurig. There were plenty of towels but no washcloths. If we go back to this area, we would stay here again.
