Positive: Beautiful home, clean and tidy. Great view.
Negative: Third bedroom stated two single beds in the description at time of booking, it is actually a double bed. This didn’t work at all for our family. Next day a single bed was delivered and setup in lounge room.

Positive: Each room has its own aircon. The beds were very comfy and you have more than enough bedding and towels for each room. 2 bathrooms was great with 4 kids and 2 adults. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bathrooms. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to sight see without a massive trek each day. There is a fantastic Thai massage on symonds street not too far away called Malai Thai Massage that I highly recommend. The couches were comfy and the TV was big, which the kids were happy about. The house has character and I enjoyed our stay very much.
Negative: You can get one car parked off street easily but if you have 2 cars you will need to be very good at parallel parking if you want both vehicles off street. We managed to do it, so not a biggie. There is off street parking but it is a clearway between 4pm - 6pm.

Positive: So much space. Beautiful rooms, nice comfy beds with clean sheets. Big bathrooms, with plenty of amenities. Host was quick to respond.

Positive: Excellent location right in the hub of Kingsland. Beds comfy, sheets clean. Amazing communication from the host allowing us to have a hens party here.
Negative: Property is a bit dated, needs a fair bit of work. Shower door doesn’t close properly so it leaks, cracked tiles, holes in the wall.

Positive: Was a lovely comfortable space in a great location. Was a roomy spacious apartment.
Negative: There were a couple of things that needed fixing - the first was the shower bar in the bathroom with the bath, this was not attached - the second was the white slide to the shower door in the other bathroom kept sliding off. Also a couple of the oven dishes did not fit in the oven and the milk frother was in need of a good clean.

Positive: Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment. Easy check-in/out. Would very happily stay again. Stayed in winter and found the apartment was cozy with good heating.
Negative: Onsite parking was great to have, just a bit tight but manageable.

Negative: The initial smell of fish, the fact 1 blind didn't go down, the rail detached from the shower. But once letting host know about it, they took care of it straight away.
