Beautiful spacious recently converted apartment, filled with all you may need to make your stay a happy one. this apartment has two large bedrooms with either a super king bed or two singles to suit any needs, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area if needed also we can add folding beds to bedrooms if required for more children.
This apartment is on the first floor and accessed by a full staircase to rear of property, which leads you on to a private 18 square meter terrace, with table and chairs, gas BBQ and sun loungers, you also get full use of the grounds which has an orchard with stunning views, the Adriatic sea to the front of property and the Maiella National park and Mountains to the rear.
USE OF OUR STUNNING NEW POOL WILL BE READY JUNE 2018
Our village is well catered for with Butcher, Baker (local store also) and Cheese maker, so most needs covered. The local town of Guardiagrele, which is well know for its ornate metal works and great Sunday market, all local produce can be bought and a number of many other items.
