Summary: Our family stayed here and put kayaks in on the back dock. They caught several Sea Trout, Catfish, and even small shark. The pool was perfect for nighttime relaxation. The house was beautiful and clean with everything we needed for the kitchen. I would definitely recommend and will be back!

Summary: We have stayed at this property the past couple years; it is a very nice set up and great location! We come by boat so it can be a little tricky coming in because the channel gets a little shallow, but we never had an issue. The house has plenty of room to dock our 20ft boat. The house is great for the three couples we go with. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Summary: Mrs. Marcella, Is such an amazing person, very professional as a host, We had an amazing time, the pool was great and it also has a heater. The kids had an awesome time fishing 🎣. Very safe and quiet neighborhood!! My next summer vacation will definitely be with Mrs. Marcella 😀

Summary: We were looking for a quiet trip away and this home was everything we could have wanted and more. Large spacious home with a large private in ground pool in a quiet neighborhood on an Island in FL. Pictures only show 1/2 of this home 3 beds and 3 full baths! Loved the convenience of the full pool bath on the lanai. Pool was very nice and relaxing. Kitchen was very well equipped with great pans which is unusual in a rental. Master bedroom is very large and comfortable and the other bedrooms are on the other side of the home providing privacy which is great for families or a larger group. Amazing Publix close by for groceries. Island life right here in FL. This is an older home but well maintaine with some updates and it was clean and a so much more than we were expecting. So nice to have the screened lanai and Pool for morning coffee or evening drink. I wish my kids and grandbaby could have come with us. Next time. Also we did not bring our boat boat but if you have one bring it. Local ramp is in the neighborhood at the end of a canal and a short ride back to the house. The area is a great place for boating and fishing. We will plan another trip here. Great communication while booking and check in instructions. Helpful Notes in the home and lots of local information. Very happy with our stay and wish it would have been longer but we only had a few days off... This time :)

Summary: I loved this property! It was clean and stylish, plus had bonus extras like tubes and toys for the pool. The master suite was a nice treat as well. Overall great experience!

Summary: This was our 3rd year renting this house. Marcella is very quick to return text and calls if you have any questions. Plenty of room for six adults. Nice to be able to sit outside for our meals by the pool. The dock has a good lift that works well for our 23 ft boat. We hope to come back next year!

Summary: Great location & price for fishing the Matlacha area! Short ride out the canal puts you in prime fishing area. Neighborhood boat ramp was also very convenient. Well stocked kitchen/pantry/linens. The pool was nice after a day in the boat and a short ride to Matlacha for dinner. Property manager was very responsive to all questions!
