Welcome to Vista Verde - A wonderful place to relax for days, weeks or even months! This charming villa is located among groves of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees โ€“ all growing on terraces built by the Moors 400 years ago. The scenery is spectacular, with fruit trees close by, panoramic views of the mountains, and a view of the Mediterranean sea to the south. The property benefits from sunshine all day and all year around.
The villa is an original stone house, authentic to the region, that has been fully renovated. It is situated on its own, with complete privacy among the citrus groves.
The villa is ideal for both summer and winter. The courtyard is shaded by two old olive trees, and Koi fish swim in the pond. There are multiple seating areas both in the sun and shade. By the swimming pool, there are sun beds to relax in and enjoy the great views and a table and chairs under a parasol. There is also a BBQ, fuelled by gas.
The property has 3 bedrooms. Inside the main house is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom next door. The third bedroom is located in a small building in the courtyard and contains a double bed - this bedroom is opened when there are more than 4 guests staying at the house. All bedrooms have cupboards/storage for clothes, and heating if needed. Fans are available for the summer nights.
The kitchen has a good size and is equipped with all you need to cook anything from breakfast to a large family dinner. This includes a large number of glassware, plates, cutlery, serving plates etc. It has a fantastic large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The dining area/living room has a wood burner.
The TV comes with a Skybox showing all the British terrestrial channels, and wi-fi is available at the property.
Just a short walk away, or an even shorter car journey, you'll find the local town of Bolulla where you will find a small shop, an ATM and Bar L'era, the local restaurant and bar. 10 minutes away are the towns Callosa and Tarbena, with cafes, restaurants and shops.
A car is a must, and, with it you are within reach of a variety of activities - within 35 minutes you can rock climb in the mountains, relax on the beach, or have some fun at Terra Mรญtica theme park or Aqualand.
The property is also a great base for walkers, cyclists, climbers and golfers - in fact, anyone who appreciates the great outdoors. The area is a mecca for biking and hiking, with spectacular scenery!

Summary: Comfortable, Clean, well equipped Spacious villa with pool and lovely grounds with lots of seating areas offering amazing views of mountains and coastline. Very private location and not overlooked. The lovely Spanish village of Bolulla is only a short stroll away but a slightly longer tougher uphill walk back! This is one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. Both owners and their friend Dilly were extremely helpful and provided lots of useful information. We definitely intend to return!

Summary: The vista, the villa and the pool are just amazing.....the place is so quiet and peaceful. The villa has everything you need. The outside furniture is of very good quality and the pool was so clean. You will need to hire a car as itโ€™s quite a hike to the local shop in the village. I would suggest you do what we did and do a big shop at one of the many supermarkets on the way up to the villa.

Summary: We found this property to be amazing ,the views,the location,the peacefulness ,the property has everything you need and some ,pure relaxation,a car is must ,the local shop in the village has your everyday items but a bigger shop is not far away in callosa,overall very happy with this gem of a place and thank you Joe for letting us use your villa. Summary: The villa is situated above the charming, sleepy village of `Bolulla and has magnificent views of the Bernia Ridge and distant Mediterranean Sea. Peace and tranquility is guaranteed from this rural, rugged setting, yet the 'hustle and bustle' of the coast is only half an hour away. The outdoor space and pool area is spacious and offers of opportunities to relax in both the sun or shade. The villa has plenty of space inside for relaxation. A log burning stove certainly provided a focus for warmth during some of the cooler winter weeks which we spent in the villa. The open plan kitchen area is a great asset, allowing for both cooking and socialising at the same time. Hot water in the villa is excellent and readily available. Communication with the owner, a vital factor when planning your holiday, was always prompt and efficient. Inland for the 'coastal strip' of urban development you will find a wonderful area of rugged mountains, deep gorges and charming villages; contrasting with the high-rise concrete hotels of Calpe and Benidorm. The villa provides a wonderful base in which to explore the area for walking, climbing, cycling or just discovering a new part of Spain. We spent four months 'wintering' at the villa and you will not be disappointed with this hidden gem!
