Our home is located just 30 minutes north of Austin (Live music capitol of the world). The famous Texas Hill Country lies just to the west of Georgetown, with it's extensive system of parks and lakes.
Upon entering through the leaded glass front door you will discover the warmth and comfort of the home with an inviting view of the patio and park-like backyard. From the hardwood floors to designer colors and furnishings you will enjoy the comforts of home. Patio doors open to a gorgeous raised covered patio and flower bed of red roses. The yard beyond blooms purple crepe myrtles from spring through fall.
The Living Room offers a spacious living area with plenty of seating, a 52' Plasma HDTV, with extended cable service, DVR and Blue Ray DVD player. A lovely formal dining area adjoins the Living Room. The large Kitchen, oak cabinets and granite counters overlook the breakfast bar to the living room and open entry.
The large Master Bedroom offers a comfortable King Bed with Tempur Pedic mattress, a huge walk in closet with plenty of room for all of your personal items. The Master bath offers a double vanity, with a large walk-in shower. The Second Bedroom offers a Queen Bed with Tempur Pedic topper and plenty of closet and drawer space. The Third Bedroom/Den offers a double Futon couch/bed, and desk which can either be used as an office or third bedroom. Secured wireless internet service is provided through out the house.

Summary: The home was just the right size and was equipped with everything we wanted. Cheryl was very helpful when we needed to contact her. The patio was wonderful and we spent my hours outside reading. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Summary: We rented this home for 3 of us college friends getting together for the first time in 26 years. The home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after visiting the local Georgetown area, Austin and Salado. The kitchen was well equipped, living room and outdoor area were lovely. The sleeping areas and bathrooms were comfortable. Everything seems to be updated and in working order. The owners are helpful.

Summary: We have rented numerous homes in Mexico and cities in Texas, Arizona and Florida. It is always evident when we rent homes that are loved by their owners. It is evident that the owners of this property definitely love their home. Our goal in renting for January and February 2014 was to spend time with our family who live in the area. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is very well stocked with modern appliances, cookware and miscellaneous items. We really enjoyed having coffee or cocktails on the great terrace on warm days. In addition to a great house, the Sun City neighborhood offers numerous amenities. The workout facility is fantastic! If we should decide to spend time in the Georgetown/Austin area, we will definitely consider renting this home again.

Summary: This beautifully decorated home is very comfortable and inviting from the front door throughout! The consideration to rental details and instructions were so appreciated, even before our arrival to Sun City. The owner even checked with us during our stay to make sure our expectations were met for a pleasant vacation. We traveled to Georgetown with friends visiting TX from Melbourne, Australia for a stay in Sun City. The house is located in a well established neighborhood on a quiet residential street. This home is very welcoming and livable, with every aminity you will need. It is excellently maintained and very well organized. All the bedrooms have generous space for visitor's belongings to feel very "at home". The appliances are new and top-notch. The owners have thought of every consideration for the comfort and enjoyment of the houseguests. A very rainy Memorial Day weekend made golf plans with friends impossible, however, the patio of this home is "perfect for relaxation and visiting". It became everyone's favorite place to spend time-beautifully landscaped and very cozy to enjoy morning coffee alone or a glass of wine visiting with friends in the evenings. We would highly recommend this lovely home and the hospitality of it's owners!

Summary: Our month spent at your very nicely decorated home in Sun City was relaxing and it felt like "home". The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well kept. Even the wild turkeys that passed through were well behaved. There's a great rear patio for BBQ'ing or just relaxing. You'll enjoy this place!!

Summary: We rented this beautiful home, which certainly appears to have been professionally decorated throughout, for January and February, 2013. The description was accurate and the listing photos perfectly reflect the home's appearance. The beds and furniture were very comfortable too. The recently remodeled kitchen was huge and had everything we needed for our two month winter retreat. The patio is large and private. It must be really private when the trees in the back are in bloom. It is covered, and has two fans for warmer weather. The TV/DVR/Blu-ray setup is a bit complicated, (at least compared to our home setup), but easily figured out after a couple of uses. TIP: the door in front of the DVR and Blu-ray player opens ninety degrees. Leave it open when using the system. Makes for much better reception from the remotes. The owners left us plenty of space for clothing, groceries, etc. so we really felt at home and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made the booking process very pleasant They were also easily accessible by email or phone throughout our visit. The Sun City community is lovely, and beautifully maintained, and the people are very friendly. It is very quiet and safe. There are walking paths all over the community or you can take a very relaxing walk in Legacy Hills Park, by the river. We wish Sun City was closer to our home in Virginia so that we could visit more often. We highly recommend this property; it was the perfect fit for us!
