Beautiful family beach house on the bay. Sleeps 10 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms. There is also a 5th loft-like room that has a door for privacy which can be used for sleeping. Water views from most of the house, including 4 of the bedrooms. Kayaks, boogie boards, fishing poles, and BBQ grill included. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the side of the house. Includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, television downstairs and small television in master bedroom. Stairs from deck lead right down to the beach.
Group rentals are not permitted.
No smoking, no pets.

Summary: The home is set right on the beach with beautiful sunsets that we normally fight the crowds to see, but here we had a front row view all to ourselves. There was plenty of place for our family. Communication with the owners was very easy.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at this lovely vacation home in Amagansett. The house is spacious and comfortable and has the most beautiful views of the Bay! It is fully furnished, has a great kitchen. We brought bikes, but the owners kindly provided others as well as kayaks which were thoroughly enjoyed by our family. The private beach is perfect for day as well as nighttime fires. We loved the deck and ate most meals on it looking at the beautiful water and watching the sunset. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming while also not intrusive at all. We thoroughly recommend this property!

Summary: We rented this home for my dad who passed away shortly before the rental was to begin. The family accommodated ya and was ok with our stayi being two weeks instead of three weeks. The house is just what it should be. Comfortable and gorgeous views of the bay. Wow!

Summary: Recently stayed at this property and had the absolute BEST time. The location is perfect, close to Amagansett shops and still within striking distance of everything Montauk has to offer. Comfortably slept 12 and with the beach, deck and grill all perfectly situated our group was in paradise. The sunset views are something each and everyone of us will remember for the rest of our lives. The owners were also very accommodating and helpful and couldn't have been more helpful. If you've come across this rental and it is still open, you can stop right here, its literally exactly what you are looking for.

Summary: Chris and Gary are great hosts and made sure everything was perfect for me, my wife and three daughters during our week-long stay over the summer. The house is right on top of the beach and Gary put out a mooring ball if you want to bring a boat (which we did). Everything was very clean and worked great, including the air conditioning which we needed. Very easy house to quickly get settled and start to unwind, especially the beach hammack that served me well. Hope we can get back again next summer.
