Welcome to my modern Denver townhome with 3 queen bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the historic Baker neighborhood of Denver. My house is just 1 mile from the heart of downtown and walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and art galleries that Denver has to offer. Spacious patio features lush greenery, dining table, Adirondack chairs, gas grill and fire pit, and string lights. Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. Netflix, Hulu, Disney/ESPN+, and Fiber gigabit internet. Free street parking available.
The house is just a short walk from the South Broadway commercial strip - a historic and lively area that is filled with incredible restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and distilleries, and shopping. All of Denver is at your fingertips, as you can get virtually anywhere in the city in less than 15 minutes. The Santa Fe arts district is just a short 10 minute walk away for all you art buffs out there - come support our starving artists! And finally, there are three phenomenal coffee shops all within a five minute walk for those early morning caffeine runs.
There are several bus routes within walking distance of the house. However, I recommend ride shares (Uber, Lyft) as the most reliable way of getting around town. You will be able to find a ride share 24 hours a day, and since the house is so close to downtown, getting around via ride shares is actually quite inexpensive compared to most major cities.
