This newly updated town home sits in the heart of Meadow Lake Resort. Just across the road from Hucklebear Park, this is a great unit for anyone with kids who can enjoy the jungle gym, the swings, a game of tether ball, or perhaps beach volleyball. Sorry, no pets allowed. Situated just in front of the 12th green, you can enjoy the view of the golf course and wildlife from the comfort of your back deck.
When you enter the unit, you will find yourself with the first full bath to your left, and a cozy bedroom to your right. The first bedroom in the unit, located on the first floor, has a queen size bed and large closets to store your luggage. The bathroom located just across the hall has both a tub and shower. As you move further into the unit, you will find a utility room to your left and the kitchen to your right. The utility room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, iron, and soap for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked brand new stainless steal appliances and everything you could need, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Paper towels and dish soap are also supplied. From the dining room you have a spectacular view of the golf course through the sliding glass doors. The colors of the foliage in Fall are breathtaking. The living room is warm and inviting with a large couch, love seat, side chair for guest seating, and a gas fireplace for those chilly Montana evenings.
Up stairs is a spacious loft with an over sized sectional sofa and large screen TV. Enjoy sitting in the loft, basking in the natural light coming through the large windows, and let your worries melt away. Off the loft is the master suite with a king size bed and very roomy master bathroom with a walk in shower. The second full bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower. It also has a walk in closet with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has a television and private balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. It is not unusual to see deer wandering on the golf course behind this unit at dawn and dusk.

The resort is located approximately 45 minutes from the Canadian border (4.5 hours drive time from Calgary, just over 3.5 hours from Lethbridge.
