Positive: Good location for summer or winter stay (close to PATH access), easy walking distances to Union Station, waterfront (including ferry terminal), CN tower and downtown attractions. Kitchenette convenience.

Positive: Location was great for my daughter to go to a concert!!! Right beside Scotiabank Arena and Union Station!! Did not use the shower so can't say what that was like. Photo of CN Tower is from the balcony. Check in time is great giving time to eat before she went to the concert. Would stay here again!
Negative: No washcloth in the bathroom. Screen door needs to be fixed. TV was small and only able to watch Amazon if you don't have an iPhone or Apple TV. Light switches were confusing. Got up through the night to use bathroom but light did not come on. Figured out why in the morning. No curtains on the bedroom glass door for privacy (this would be a great addition to the unit I feel) and not to disturb somebody still sleeping when somebody gets up through the night or earlier in the morning needs to turn on lights.

Positive: The convenience of the location was key for us. We didn't have time to use the pool or anything but that was because of how our trip was planned out. The host was very kind and helped us with anything we needed to know about the unit and building. The building is nice and feels secure you won't have to worry about randoms coming in or out. The staff is very nice, we were in and out quite a few times throughout the day/night. The Unit isn't very big but for what we needed it was perfect. Some reviews talk about the silly little things like the ripped cupboard door plastic and stuff but for us it was clean when we walked in and there was nothing left in fridge or freezer just some ice trays. The bathroom was clean also, bedroom was clean with lots of extra sheets and pillows in closet. They had everything you could need there and a grocery store right underneath. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Negative: Parking price, but they don't control that and it's the same pretty much any where in those areas of Toronto. If you plan on using the TV bring a fire stick or chrome cast, that should work it could also be because I dont have apple tv or an iphone that it wouldn't work for me.
