Summary: I booked this house for 5 weeks for a work trip. It was big enough to fit all of us, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which was great. The house was clean when we arrived which we appreciated, the location was close to everything we needed. But this house is not 5 stars as advertised. The front window has a broken pane of glass which was unnerving to see. The knob on the oven is broken off. The front door doesn't lock with the code, you can simply press the lock button and it both locks and unlocks without a code. The kitchen supplies were minimal, we had to go buy a knife to cut veggies to cook and the frying pans burned everything they were so old. The ad promotes a pool table however all the ques were broken. The barbeque was disgusting, we didn't use it. There were not cleaning supplies or toilet paper left in the house, we had to go buy everything. Considering we spent $10K on this rental it was disappointing.

Summary: We originally were not to stay at this house but boy am I glad we did! Lots of bedrooms. Lots of room! Tyler was super accommodating and easy to get a hold of. If you are looking to stay in Edmonton and have 6+ people, this is the house for you!
