The villa from 2003 was renovated in 2021 and is fully equipped. The ground floor (actually the middle floor) has 2 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom with toilet, a spacious living room with open kitchen, a garden, a renovated heated swimming pool, a relaxation pool and a spacious terrace. The upper floor contains a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. The lower floor (below the ground floor, but very open due to the slope), also with sea view, contains 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a small garden and a terrace.
Comfortable climate
Torrox is known for “the best climate in Europe”: slightly cooler in the summer and slightly warmer in the winter than the rest of southern Spain. From December to March you can even be on your skis in the largest ski area in Spain: the Sierra Nevada.
