This charming fisherman's house facing south, with its feet in the Paimpol Bay is nestled between the Ile de Bréhat, the Trieux estuary, Paimpol and the highest cliffs of Betagne. Recently restored with a LOT of good taste, this house is very bright and the wide and Paimpol views of ALL its rooms are breathtaking.
Take your breakfast on its large terrace and watch the fishing boats unload their catch, or spend a good moment of relaxation with your aperitif in the last rays of sun, or a quiet moment on the balcony.
This very comfortable house comprises on the ground floor a large living room with a well-equipped American kitchen and its piano oven, WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with a shower room, shower, bidet and WC.
On the 2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms and a single bed with a bathroom, shower and WC.
Share a friendly moment with family or friends around the island during the preparation of your meal with the riches of our country: the seafood from Vivier Dauphin (50 meters), the “Le Gaec” mill (40m) for its fresh and homemade mussels, the 'crown' bread and the Breton buerre at the baker's, Le Fournil de Ploubaz (2kms), and the fresh products from the two Kersa farms in Ploubazlanec and the AOC specialty - Cocos Paimpolais (4kms).
The house is on the route of the GR34. Follow it to discover the Chapelle de la Trinité, practice fishing or picnic at the Pointe de la Trinité. Admire the islands of Bréhat and Saint Riom, or swim at La Trinitê beach - all within 10 minutes from the house on foot. Visit Arcouest, speedboat departure for Ile de Brêhat (one hour on foot or 10 minutes by car), Loguivy de la Mer and the Trieux river (2 hours on foot), and Paimpol by the coast (5kms).
Discover the hidden beaches, notably Plage Bonaparte with its history of the Shelburn Network, and the Circuit des Falaises with its coastal villages, the Abbé de Beauport and these activities. There are spectacular gardens at Pellinec and Kerdalo, near Tréguier, and at Chateau de la Roche Jagu.

Follow the coast to the west and stroll on the Sillon de Talbert, unique in Europe, the beautiful medieval town of Tréguier with its cathedral and the market every Wednesday morning, and after, the Presque'ile Sauvage, Plougrascent and its blocks of granite rose, Port Blanc, Perros-Guirec and the Seven Islands.
