Summary: If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful place to disconnect from devices and the internet this is the place for you! Seen from another review if you have Verizon, cell service is spotty and true.. they have wifi & roku but when it was windy it didn't work. For some this may be a negative but for my family it was perfect. The property owners are lovely and super accomadating! The water heater decided to stop working properly just before our stay and Cheryl went above and beyond with her options of what to do to help us. We got to check out the bath house for showering instead and we were not disappointed. It was well kept, showers we're hot, and they even offer dispensars with hair & body care in the showers in case you forget yours! Our children & dogs enjoyed the beautiful pond and walking trails on the property. The paddle boat was probably their favorite. We enjoyed the peace and quiet especially since the cabins are within a campsite. Everyone was friendly and respectful. We met Cheryl son who helps her with the property at Arnolds a local bar and grill. He made a point to come over and introduce himself & thanked us for being so easy going about the mishap with the water heater. The beds were comfortable. Loved that they had whole beans for coffee which was delicious. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking. I really enjoyed meeting Bart, he's the cutest hairless security dog!! Thank you for an amazing time! We would defiantly come.back again!!

Summary: This is a super place to stay for a weekend, a week, or a month. Gorgeous views of the lake from the deck, spacious and well appointed, cozy, clean, and very welcoming. Cheryl was a super host and I hope we get a chance to come back for more.

Summary: The cabin was just as pictured, but the surrounding area didn't do it justice. There was a pond overlooking the back of the cabin with a walk around porch. Doc and paddle board available. We brought our dogs and they had a blast running and playing in the water. There was a nice fire pit seating area right off the cabin and it had a grill to boot. Cheryl was a great host, very friendly! I would love to stay here again and it would be a great place for a small family reunion as they have other cabins to rent. The only downside was lack of internet and streaming. Being on vacation we didn't miss it much. Thanks so much Cheryl!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this cabin. It's located at the end of a campground but it still feels secluded, and it was quiet. We enjoyed walking the grounds. Saw deer, geese, ducks, blue heron, and sandhill cranes during our stay. Mornings were so peaceful, drinking our coffee on the deck overlooking the pond, while we listened to the birds sing. ( Hearing the frogs croak & the Barred owls hoot, at night, was awesome too) Beds were comfortable. The reclining chairs and couch were comfy as well. My only recommendation would be to stock some containers for storing leftovers in. (We made use of the plastic sandwich bags that were provided). We have Verizon and didn't have very good cell phone reception in that area. Cheryl was a fantastic host and responded quickly to my questions. Check in/out process was very easy.
