Summary: Overall, very nice and comfortable. The pictures of the pool were slightly exaggerated and we were under the impression they’d be closer to the condo. The AC worked well for two of the bedrooms but the rest of the condo was pretty warm. If you plan on staying multiple nights, we suggest getting groceries before you enter the neighborhood as it’s about a 10 min drive to the store. Owner very nice and responsive.

Summary: The description was very accurate. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a large balcony with a beautiful view. . It was a great size for our group of five. They made it very easy to rent a golf cart which was an added bonus. We’d stay again!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property... The views are breathtaking from the balcony and the seating in that area is perfect for enjoying it. Also, there is plenty of access to the resort amenities and I really recommend visiting the Beach Club (swimming pools). The drive to the property was long and windy, but well worth the experience. Highly recommend booking if the price remains the same (below $300)!

Summary: The view is the best feature but there are many other great things about the condo. The furnishings are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fairly well-equipped. We enjoyed walking every day throughout the development and the fitness center is well-equipped. Never had any problem with wifi and both of us were using it for work. Only downside was the construction going on nearby. Also, the walk-in shower and the tub/shower both had very slippery surfaces which was a bit concerning for us.

Summary: My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hollows Resort from Tuesday, May 3, 2022 – Thursday, May 12th, just as we enjoyed our time there at the same villa from Tuesday, October 26, 2021 until Thursday, November 4, 2021. The Villa at 17708 Maritime Point, Building #303, was a very nice relaxing place with a spectacular and exquisite view from the patio deck but each room also had a rather impressive view making our stay an excellent one. The Villa was very roomy, clean, nicely furnished and a quite comfortable place to stay and relax. The below sections provide more details about the Villa we stayed at and about the Hollows Resort. Overall our stay was an excellent one and we recommend this Villa at the Hollows Resort and all that the Hollows has to offer. The Villa was well stocked with pots, pans and eating utensils and had a nice refrigerator and dishwasher. We were able to cook multiple meals with the electric grill on the covered patio outside and on the stove inside. There was a washer and dryer for clothes and laundry detergent was supplied, but last time we had to buy your own laundry detergent. There was bar soap, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, K-Cups for most of the days we stayed. But we ended up buying more dishwashing detergent. There were towels, paper towels and napkins and we did not have to buy more napkins, like last time. We did our grocery shopping at Lowe’s Market in Laga Vista, which was very convenient, and at HEB in Cedar Park, which had a great selection with good prices but was over 20 minutes away. This time we had no real issue but last time the only issue we really had with the Villa was minor, that is, the hallway bathroom had a toilet that continuously ran making some noise, but it was fully functional. The Hollows has an extensive trail system that is rather impressive and is nice to ride in a golf cart or hike, but we were staying at the Hilltop Villas, which was rather hilly, so a golf cart is recommended. However, all of the trails are not hilly. It was also quite nice to walk around the Beach Club, which has an infinity pool and multiple other pools and hot tubs as well as a fitness center, large grills and smoke cooker as well as a restaurant. This was definitely a scenic area. Note that the only place you could access Lake Travis was in a rather scenic area, near the Canoe and Kayak Barge, which was located off one of the trails, not far from the Beach Club.

Summary: Very nice home on the corner of the building with a spectacular view of the water and surrounding countryside. Very clean. The beach club was wonderful too! Enjoyed riding around in our golf cart that we rented. Highly recommend this location!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this corner condo with a spectacular view. We were there in early March, the weather was amazing, and we were able to leave the door open to enjoy the fresh air. There’s also a small couch on the patio that’s not pictured and it was so nice to just sit outside and take it all in. We weren’t there long enough to explore the amenities or the property, so we can’t speak much to that. We also did not do a lot of cooking however it appears that the kitchen was well stocked with more than the very basics. There was a small cupboard full of extras. Everything was very comfortable and very clean. Good beds, extra pillows, and enough supplies to get you through several days. Bill was very responsive and helpful, and when we had a small problem with the washer, he had someone out to take care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again. Such a nice quiet getaway.

Summary: The condo was lovely and set in the most idyllic neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful with the perfect view of Lake Travis. Only negative is no hot tub to use and weather turned quite cold during our stay. Condo was well stocked. Manager was very helpful. Will definitely return again.
