Summary: Wonderful Stay.. the view from the patio is sublime. We were traveling with a grandbaby and having the downstairs walkout to a grass yard / garden was PERFECT. nicely appointed. comfortable home .. very unique area.. ancient stone houses.. wonderful.

Summary: We stayed at the house in December. It is very clean, comfortable and spatious, we had everything we needed. Owners are very helpful and communication is easy and quick. We did not mind having to park a few minutes walk away from the house. We visited the beautiful area (Nice, Antibes, Monaco), all very easily accessible with a car.

Summary: We are 3 keen road cyclists and stayed in the villa primarily due to its location for great cycling routes, and also due to the spaciousness and equipment available at the villa. It did not disappoint, and in fact exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay, enjoying early morning peace and tranquility on the balcony, before hitting the road for our bike rides to Gourdon, Grasse, Aspremont, Roquestéron, Antibes etc…..everything was just perfect. The villa is just a short walk to the village centre, and there’s a couple of restaurants and a supermarket which we used a couple of times. The villa has everything we needed for our 9 night stay and would definitely recommend staying there, it was perfect for us. If we visit the area again, and we hope to do so, we would have no hesitation in staying at the villa again. In fact, I’m sad we only had 9 nights there, it’s home from home, a wonderful place to stay.

Summary: Tastefully modernised with everything you need. Beautiful views especially early morning and evening Set in a nice village with a restaurant and bar. Very hilly so need a level of fitness. Parking is away from the house. We had a lovely welcome after a long drive, with friendly and helpful hosts. Couldn’t want for more. Dawn & Owen

Summary: We stayed in La Gaude from the 30th of July 2017 till the 18th of August. Before we booked our stay there was already a pleasant contact with the owner of the house. After we booked the contact became more and more pleasant and at the 30th of July we had a really warm welcome (and not only because of the sun). José and his wife welcomed us and they showed us the house. We felled in love with the house and they felled in love with our Irish Setter. When you have a big car (and you don't want to play bumpercar with your car) you will not be able to reach the house. You will need to park a few hundred meters away at a public parkingplace. José drove with me to that parking and carried a lot of stuff towards the house. Our stay was really nice and we could not tell a singel bad thing about the house and the environment. The most beautifull place of the house is the balcony. Every morning I woke up early to see the sun climb higher and higher above La Gaude and with a good cup of coffee in my hand I was watching the sea while the rest of the family were waking up. The house is in a really good condition. Everything is brand new and made with highclass products. The garden is a bit dusty but only artificial grass will stay green with the temperatures in la Gaude. If you love hiking this house is also the place to be. When you drive in the direction of Italy there are some gorgious tracks. If you leave the house walking you can walk in the direction of Vence and walk over the Col de Vence. We love to come back again. José thank you for everything.
