Summary: Great views and location, pool and bedrooms... easy to use, though the steps to the back bedroom might be a hindrance for anyone with mobility problems. Would definitely consider returning. No screens on windows made it hard to take full advantage of the beautiful sea air once mosquitoes came out in the evening.

Summary: Lovely house with fabulous sea view, a great rear terrace and secluded pool area. Catherine is clear that it is a split house with tenants in the lower section. Access to the coast road is fabulous for both St Jean de Luz and the beaches up to Biarritz.
