Summary: We had a great two night stay while visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for us all, nice furnishing and comfortable recliners too! Such nice goodies left for us like chips, chocolate, coffee and shower gel. A few laundry pod and dishwasher pods made thing simple too. Comfortable beds and overall a great visit!

Summary: This place was immaculate. I almost felt bad touching anything because all furnishings/towels/etc. was perfectly placed. This was by far the cleanest VRBO we've stayed at.

Summary: First impression: very clean, much bigger than we thought based on the pictures, great location. Right around the corner from Busch Gardens and a few minutes from downtown. Owner was thoughtful enough to have treats waiting for our two Yorkies. She was also very responsive whenever the need to reach out arose. Kingsmill itself was very nice. We had a great trip. If we come back again we would love to stay here a second time. Five stars.

Summary: Loved our stay! Conveniently located in a quiet community; hosts have provided everything to make the condo feel like home. Condo is spacious and laid out in a way that families can comfortably spread out and relax after a long day out together. Host was always quick to respond to all messages before, during, and after our stay, including letting us know my daughter left a stuffy and allowing us to retrieve it before we left the area. Thank you!!

Summary: My family was looking for a non-hotel option where we could relax and re-charge in between events during a busy weekend. This condo worked very well for us. Although resort amenities are not included, we were able to take walks around the lovely property each day. The condo itself is older but was clean and comfortable, with a lot of thoughtful touches like places to charge devices, nice linens and towels, snacks, coffee and creamer, and enough paper products / garbage bags / dishwasher pods / etc. to last our whole three day stay. Everything in Williamsburg is pretty close by so having to go through the gate and drive through the resort each time we went out was not a big deal. Lee Anne offered us early check in and late check out which was much appreciated.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property. My family routinely visits williamsburg and we normally stay in one of the numerous hotels in the area. I think we will do things differently now. The property is just outside the entry road to Busch Gardens and was very convenient. Everything was better than the pictures, and i would certainly stay again!
