Summary: The condo was nice and spacious and we felt right at home here. The view is amazing and the location was great. I could walk to two parks and into town easily. We enjoyed the Wednesday night market and live music in the Post Falls park right next door! The condo had all we needed to fix meals for us and our local family who visited often. The primary bedroom bed was comfy (we didn’t use the other bedrooms). We enjoyed the patio with chairs for evening wine, morning coffee and just to sit and enjoy the river view. Communication with host was easy. We’d stay again when we come to town!

Summary: The house is way nicer than it looks in the photos. There’s tons of things to do very close by. It’s the best unit in the complex for water views. The Eagle shown in the photos was around multiple times. I wish I brought my binoculars. Awesome place!

Summary: We rented this property as a place to stay while in the area for a family wedding. We should have stayed longer in the area, because it is a gorgeous place. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again. The home is lovely and comfortable. The views from the patio are so relaxing and beautiful! We watched bald eagles soaring across the river.

Summary: Lovely condo on the river with great views! Nice, clean and comfortable. Big beautiful windows with lots of light. Ground floor is a plus! Very safe. So close to really good food, brewery and coffee kiosk. Great place!

Summary: The deer decor was definitely a big theme in this spacious and quite comfortable condo. Things I loved about the place 1)Gorgeous view of Spokane River and the trees right out of all those large windows 2) Its got a marina 3)it’s on the ground floor 4)nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals at home. 5) large dining table to fit other family who joined us for meals. 6) comfortable beds 7)Laundry room 8)Air conditioning that worked beautifully 9) The piano room 10) lots of DVD’s to choose from for both kids and adults Our only hiccup was the large deer head mounted between the two twin beds in the kids room. We are not hunters- and my kids are young, so it scared them. My daughter asked, “where’s the other half?” Anyhow, it was just that one- so everywhere else - they were just fine.

Summary: I grew up in Post Falls, the condo sits on the site on the old sawmill across from the city beach. The view is amazing and the memories of childhood filled my heart. The condo is comfortable and easily sleeps 7. We rented a boat in CDA for two days. Tobins Marina in front of the building charges $250 minimum for a slip so we drove back and forth each day. The only strange thing about this unit is that the owner leaves food in the cupboards and refrigerator/freezer and states do not eat our food. Also no closet space because their clothes are still there. We stay in VRBO all over the country and have not had this happen. One of the neighbors is not happy about the unit being rented and went out of her way to let my dad know, we just laughed it off.
