Beautiful inside and out. Dock your boat on our Mystic Island waterfront property and bring your water toys and bathing suits to enjoy our beautiful inground saltwater pool or jump right into the lagoon! Floating dock is available for boating, fishing, swimming and crabbing. Stand up paddle boards and crab traps are available for your entertainment. Enjoy eating your meals in the screened in porch or outside while watching the ducks pass by. The outdoor space includes a fully fenced in yard, a pool, 2 lounge chairs, a grill, a chiminea, and a table and chairs for dining. Enjoy some drinks at our Tiki Bar! The backyard is built for entertaining! Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 8 people comfortably. It has central air-conditioning and forced heating system. The upstairs loft style master bedroom includes a television, a very comfortable king-sized bed as well as a very comfortable queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The main floor has two large bedrooms; each of them with a television and very cozy queen-sized beds. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances and utensils. There is a charming bathroom, dining area and living room with a television. Wifi is included. Washer and dryer is available for use. Our home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Quick boating access to the Great Bay, Mullica River and the ocean. We are located a short distance from the beautiful beaches of LBI, Atlantic City and Manahawkin. Minutes to historic Tuckerton Seaport or a short ride to Smithsville Village, golf courses and casinos. There are several great waterfront restaurants nearby. We are 1 mile away from Graveling Point beach where you can watch the most spectacular sunsets. Your family can swim in the bay and enjoy taking the sun. We provide a variety of household items for you to use during your stay. Please let us know if you need any assistance in locating these items. The pool will be opening in the middle of May and closing in mid September. Please use all house amenities responsibly. No pets allowed please. Come enjoy, relax, take in the view, feel the breeze and the salty air.

Summary: I’ve stayed in over 100 Vrbos etc…. This has been my all time favorite experience! The owners are so inviting and welcoming, they’re so adorable and personable and just a pleasure to deal with. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything inside from furniture, decor, kitchen supplies!! (I’m a huge cook so nice kitchens are really important to me) The owners left the nicest welcome basket with candies/champagne etc… the beds are all SUPER comfy. The backyard is what really makes this place special. We’ve had multiple bbqs with family visiting and everyone is blown away with this beautiful and serene spot on the water. Especially with the pool being heated, you can keep it at 104 in the colder weather. The screened in porch is so perfect, lit backyard to eat meals or hang out with music at night with the little chimney we used multiple nights and had s’mores ☺️! It’s truly a special spot, 2 paddle boards we use right off our personal dock in the backyard… we couldn’t ask for a better place ❤️ We cannot wait to come back!! Thanks so much for our home away from home 💗 The area itself is super charming, it’s quiet enough to be relaxing with enough people around to make you feel like you’re part of a cute little water front community, the neighbors are amazing!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely! It was very clean upon arrival and the welcome basket was a very thoughtful touch. Definitely the best stocked house that I’ve rented. The kitchen had everything you needed. The backyard and pool areas were terrific. Plenty of outdoor seating. The screened in porch was a bonus. The owners were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: We selected this home for the location, short ride to beach, and it has a pool. House was beautiful! Had everything you would want or need. 3 Large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Screened porch with table and chairs and a sofa. More chairs and tables outside in backyard. We all loved the beautiful pool. Very nice BBQ. On a lagoon with dock for crabbing if you want to or floating in the lagoon on a tube. Our grandchildren loved the crabbing every day.!! TV's in living room and all bedrooms. short ride to LBI. restaurants near by. Hosts so nice and helpful with any questions we had about the area. We had the best time and we will be back!! Thanks Antolnella and Antonio.

Summary: The host was great before we even started our stay. There was no delay in their communication before or during our stay.The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect.The outside was beautiful.We enjoyed swimming in the pool, paddle boarding, fishing and just hanging out. My personal favorite was the screened in porch. We spent most of our time there. The neighborhood is really nice. The one neighbor was so kind and even lent us a fishing rod for my son. This was really an all around great place. Thank you to the host for sharing your beautiful family friendly home.

Summary: Had a wonderful week. I can’t say enough about this house, the owners, and the location. The house is lovely with everything you need but the best part is the outside and the screened in porch. My son loved the pool and my husband and I loved just enjoying our meals watching the boats and the water. People in the area are so friendly and it’s so nice to be able to take my son on a bike ride or walk around in such a nice community. Aside from being just perfect the owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!!!
