Summary: We had a fabulous time at this Lake Martin property. There were 15 of us celebrating Thanksgiving in this home. We had plenty of room. Having two ovens and refrigerators made cooking a true Thanksgiving meal very easy. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had plenty of seating for everyone. The property was extremely clean. The views of the lake were amazing! The fire pit was perfect. We did not use the lake, as it was the fall, but looked like it had great access. There was plenty of lawn to play some outdoor games. The owner was gracious to bring over some additional ones. The house had a great game room with a pool table, which we all enjoyed. There were several tv's in the common areas, however, not in the bedrooms. This was ok for us since we were really enjoying the family time. The gas fireplace gave just the right heat and ambiance. The beds were very comfortable, and they had plenty of extra bedding. The parking was great, too. The best part of the trip was how attentive the owner, Pat, was to any concerns or questions. What a super guy! He brought us extra wood for the fire pit, games to play, and came immediately when we had a plumbing issue. Not only was the house a great find, but Pat made it even more special, because he treated us as if we were family staying in his home. We will definitely be back. Our whole family plans to come back in May and really enjoy the lake. Our date is reserved, and we can't wait! Thanks, Pat, for being the best host!!!

Summary: We had a group of friends that stayed at this wonderful lake home for the weekend. The house was perfectly situated for 6 couples and there was plenty of room for all to hangout. The dock and lake view was incredible. The drive to Auburn was 30 minutes and an easy drive.

Summary: I hesitate writing the review that this place truly deserves because it will increase its occupancy and decrease our chances of being able to go back next year. One of my family’s favorite vacations ever. Thank you Pat!

Summary: This house was exactly what we needed for our family to all meet and vacation together for a week at the lake! Plenty of bedrooms for the couples and the adult children to have their own spaces, multiple gathering spaces, pool table, porches, and the wonderful boathouse and floating dock for hanging out. We had space for all our cars, a great boathouse to dock the boat securely, and the house had EVERY SINGLE THING we needed! Also,the owners could not have been better hosts. answering immediately whenever we had a question. So sad to leave such a special place, but we will definitely be back.

Summary: This lake house was perfect! It was clean with a wonderful boat dock. We had adults, young adults, teenagers, and elementary children- it was perfect for everyone with plenty of room. We will be back!

Summary: My husband and I had a last minute request from our kids to come down to visit for the long weekend. It was so last minute there were very few properties left on Lake Martin. We absolutely lucked out and found this beautiful home and amazing owners from which to rent. Pat and Patty were fantastic (attentive, warm and welcoming). The house is conveniently located to HWY 49 for easy access to Dadeville and Auburn. The property itself is amazing!!! Beautiful green space, private dock with terrific waterfront views. The home was so comfortable and easy to settle into. We absolutely loved our time and wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back!!!
