Next door is the Quintessence hotel, including the 5-star restaurant, and their brand new beach bar.
Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of (4 guests)

Summary: The four of us (two couples) have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but have never felt as lucky as we did to stay in this beachfront condo. We started every morning on the balcony watching the waves roll in and taking in the incredible view. We ended every night listening to the surf as we fell asleep. Every day we had the choice of staying at the very secluded beach in front of the condo or visiting other beaches. The condo is located in an ideal part of the island, near two of the most beautiful beaches in Anguilla and many of the nicest restaurants/beach shacks, several of which are very affordable compared to others on the island. Don't miss our favorite - Blanchard's Beach Shack! Inexpensive, healthy & lots of variety. Also close by (within 5 minutes) was Best Buy, Anguilla's biggest grocery store. We loved having a full kitchen, and it was stocked with everything we needed. The cookware was very good quality, much better than provided in most rentals, and we even had an espresso maker and full size water cooler. Having a washer/dryer was important to us too. Our host and his lovely wife were welcoming and friendly, and gave us lots of good advice and information about the island. Gagan (host/manager) was always available if we had a question or problem. If you're looking for a home-away-from-home in Anguilla this is your spot.
