Our home was built with 'Florida life style' in mind.Open floor plan, high ceilings
split bedroom style and a large heated pool, surrounded with a oversized lanai with west exposure overlooking the 8th hole of Pinemoor golf course.Master bedroom
faces the pool and has a large en-suit and a huge walking closet.The guestroom
has 1 king size bed and the den has a pull out couch.It is fully furnished with a very well equipped kitchen,and brand new B-B-Q.The house is spotless clean and very homey. It will be our pleasure to share it with you when we are not able to go.

Summary: The house was very nice. The pool had a lot of “staining” that would have taken it off our list had we known. It was still usable, but not the same as a pristine pool. Neighbors were great. Neighborhood was great. Owner said they haven’t been there in two years and were going to work on the pool when they came in the middle of May.
